   The savoy was exactly the experience we wanted for High Tea! Everything was perfect! The food, desserts, ambience!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting London!! It was the best afternoon!

   Afternoon tea experience and service hasn’t changed unless for the better in over ten years! The sandwiches were all excellent. Coronation chicken recipe is amazing, egg salad and cucumber and smoked salmon also excellent. The asparagus and cream tartlet was actually better than the roast beef. The desserts were not sweet and all of them were great: the strawberry, lime coconut, grapefruit tartlet and the chocolate and salted caramel cake. Two kinds of scones served warm: plain and one with raisins. Overall excellent service and tea was always refilled quickly and kept hot.

   We went to the Gallery for my mother's 90th Birthday. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the staff extremely kind and attentive, and the ambience lovely with the piano player. A big thank you to Timothy in particular.

   Had a wonderful experience at the gallery for my mothers and friends birthday. The waitress’s were incredibly attentive and were always asking if we wanted more tea and sandwiches throughout our time there. The waitress’s answered all our questions regarding recommendations on what teas to drink and provided insight on which deserts to start with.

   Not what I have come to experience at the other sushi restaurants in the chain. Was sorta run down. The sushi was okay but I didn’t have a wow moment.

   Had a lovely time. The service was great. Food was amazing. It’s expensive but I do not regret going. The bathrooms are also very clean.

   Kind and attentive staff. Thank you to Alejandra in the Gallery for serving us, Sebastien the efficient host and Tony the doorman for the prompt, efficient and reasonably priced (for London) valet-parking. From a hotel professional, you guys rock. The ambience, food and service match the world class reputation. The loos were nice too. Thanks for accommodating us by moving our booking for tea when the plane was delayed.

   Remarkable service, delightful food, impressive ambiance especially with the pianist playing in the background. It truly was memorable!

    The team at The Savoy made this experience unforgettable. I arrived extremely early, and Tianxhi & Sonny organised a seat for me at the River Room where I was entertained by the friendly bartender. When the High tea experience began Ione, Leah & Josephine displayed their expertise, knowledge & fantastic customer service skills by engaging with me as a single diner. Their cheerful demeanours are a credit to the business! It is well worth saving up for the experience, & thoroughly enjoyed myself! Oh yeah, and i haven't even got to the food yet! Impeccable in taste & vision!! Thank you everyone for making this such a wonderful occasion for me!
