    I’ve eaten at a lot of fine dining restaurants all over the world. This was one of the best and most attentive wait staff that I have ever encountered.

    There were 8 of us, celebrating a 60th birthday, and one person went out and bought new clothes to attend, knowing the attire was a little more business smart than casual. With that effort, it was worth it! All of our sides were great, including the foie gras, smoked haddock soufflé and escargot. All of us loved the sourdough bread with maple butter. The sommelier was a delight and lead us to the perfect pairing with our meal! Our 4 beef Wellingtons were perfect, birthday boy had a perfectly done pork chop, as well as my 2 sister-in-law‘s lamb chop and Ribeye. The only disappointing meal was the half Cornish chicken. It was dry and no sauce/gravy was offered. We were stuffed to the gill, although we would have ordered the toffee dessert & port, but just couldn’t fit it in.

    This trip the the Savoy Grill was so very different from the last time we were there. We felt the restaurant was worth another try. The food was excellent as was the lovely bottle of Chateau Latour we consumed. The duck terrine and beef Wellingtons were delicious! The biggest difference this visit was the excellent service we had. On our last visit - which was several years ago - the service had been terrible. We were very happy to find the service so improved! We will return soon!

    We visited to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. From start to finish we had an exceptional time. The staff were amazing and the food sublime. I have never tasted Beef Wellington quite so beautiful. A lovely waitress was given our table to attend to and she was lovely to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the dishes.

    Hard to write a concise review that fully covers every aspect of our visit. This was a special treat for us to celebrate a 50th Birthday and we were looking forward to having a meal at the Savoy Grill. Suffice to say the venue is outstanding, the service from every member of staff was genuine, friendly, helpful and very professional. The variety and choice of food available is excellent as is the wine list. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Signature dish of Arnold Bennett's Souffle, as well as the Beef Wellington, the Treacle & Ale glazed Pork Chop and the outstanding Chocolate Delice dessert. Forget the calories and simply enjoy! Equally difficult is picking out a member of staff for special praise since they were all excellent; the Concierge in the foyer, Gergana, a most delightful young lady in the American Bar (please forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly), and all the team in the Savoy Grill. However, standing head and shoulders above everyone was young Mr Luis Goncalves. His service, helpfulness, attention to our needs and general fun and good humour made our day. A wonderful young man and a great ambassador for the Savoy Grill.

    Wonderful late apres-theatre dinner experience at The Savoy! The setting is iconic and the space is lovely. The food was fantastic- we had the Beef Wellington (of course!) and the Tomato Ricotta tart and both were excellently prepared. The rum crepes are flambéed tableside - always a fun show and great way to end a wonderful dining experience! The service was top-notch and the sommelier was a pleasure to chat with. The Savoy is perpetually on my list of places to dine for classic, well-prepared meals in an iconic setting. Always one of my favorites. Highly recommend!

    I wish Ramsay hadn’t compromised the the classic decor this restaurant enjoyed for years, gone the dark wood lacquered walls, red wall light shades and huge black and white photos of old movie stars to be replaced by pastel shades more akin to “aunties front room” The food was good, lamb and beef Wellington, even the loopy idea of paprika fries just about hit the mark.. we had a G&T, 2 glasses of wine each starters and a dessert, £400 a bit chunky but again just about acceptable. Service was good AGAIN. Couldn’t work out why the restaurant was almost empty on a Thursday lunchtime, maybe the decor is putting diners off.
