   We had a 6:30 reservation for four and we were seated promptly. Tristan was our server and he was exceptional, from start to finish. Appetizers and salad were ordered and they were served quickly and beautifully. The bison meatballs were delicious as well as the roasted beet salad and the wedge salads. As entrees two of us had bouillabaisse, one blackened grouper and one shrimp and grits. Both complimented the bouillabaisse as one of the best they had eaten, the grouper was creatively seasoned and was excellent, the shrimp and grits was unique with a strong tomato presence which added greatly to the flavor. For dessert we shared a key lime pie and the nightly special of a chocolate strawberry bread pudding. The bread pudding is not to be missed as it was exception and the key lime pie was tart but very creamy. We totally enjoyed our dinner and Savour remains our favorite Tally restaurant!

   A really special place. For me it has the feel of the place you go when you want to pull out all the stops. Great low light ambience. Wait staff was attentive and well-informed about the menu offerings and specials. We had wedge salads (delicious dressing and great extra punch from bacon and onion straws). Our entrees were beef and chicken and both were outstanding. Clearly a lot of attention is paid not only to the cooking but the presentation of the dishes being served. Desserts, bread pudding and crème brûlée, were luxurious and a perfect end to the meal. Will be back.

   We sat at the high table, and the waiter and the bartender we absolutely fantastic. The food was some of the best that we have had in Tallahassee. Would highly recommend this to anyone, especially for that special occasion.

   We were celebrating our 8th Anniversary. Were greeted at the table with a beautiful rose and a little sign that said You and Me. Then we were offered a comp glass of champagne. So nice of Savour. Our server and service was wonderful. I can't even say how delicious the appetizer and our entrees were. Price was great also. It is the most wonderful restaurant to go to especially for special occasions. Will definitely be back and recommend to our friends.

    I can't say enough good things about Savour, which is exactly what a high-end restaurant should be: a lovely venue serving excellent food: locally sourced whenever possible, with a chef who has vision rather than a quota. The bison albondigas and the shrimp appetizer were both impressive, and the Caijun-inflected bouillabaisse was memorable. Ditto for the steak frites, the "cast-iron chicken," the wine list, the key lime pie with a touch of alcohol...I could go on but will stop here.

    Every experience at Savour has been 5 star! It starts with the ambience and great service and then just gets better with the food and drinks! Can't go wrong with the Cast Iron BBQ Shrimp to get things started. Follow that with the Gulf Coast Bouillabaisse (half the fun is pronouncing it, lol) or the Blackened Grouper! The other night, we finished dinner with some kind of lavender crème Brule that was excellent (and I don't even like crème Brule). Beverage of choice is the "Superman" but they have a full bar and knowledgeable staff so I'm sure you could order as fancy as you wanted.

    My only complaint was that it was a little louder than usual but overall, per usual, a 10/10 experience! The food was just as decadent and delicious as the first time I ever went. The cocktails seem to get better and stronger every time I go! If I could I’d eat Savour every day!

    We were in town visiting our son. We had the best waiter. Sam was polite, knowledgeable of the restaurant and helpful with our selections. Highly recommend visiting Savour. Ask for Sam as your waiter if you go!!

    Wonderful experience as always. Our waiter Sam was exceptional. Our meal was on point. We got the BBQ shrimp for an app and it was perfectly seasoned. The steak was cooked perfectly and the grouper was simply delicious. We got the peanut butter pie for dessert and it was the best thing I’ve ever had.

    We celebrated my husband’s retirement with our 11 and 15 year old at Savour. We all had the steak frites and my husband got the brussels instead of the S&V fries, everything was cooked perfectly! Sam was our waiter and did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable about their bourbon selection and knew every detail of the menu. Our water boy aka Queso, will make a great addition to serving team in the coming months. Thanks Savour, you never disappoint!

    Britton was our waiter and he was superb. Very knowledgeable and professional. We had a great conversation with him about his aspirations post college. He’s a courteous and respectful fine young man. He will go far in life. The Wolverine cocktail was amazing! Kudos to the bartender.

    Went to Savour tonight and I cannot say enough great things!! Their cocktail menu is so unique and tasty with each drink named after a superhero. We tried the Wolverine, Superman, and Phoenix which were all strong and translated so well to go with the names. We also had the drink of the month Pet Peeve with all proceeds going to a local charity who provides funding for spaying and neutering pets. The food was *chef’s kiss*, we shared a charcuterie board which was so tasty, especially the pickled green beans, my husband had the shrimp and grits and I got the filet mignon cooked medium, we shared the macaroni and cheese and potato au gratin, the au gratin had spinach in it and the sauce was to die for 🤤. For dessert we had the peanut butter pie in the restaurant and wanted to take the key lime home, but after I had that peanut butter pie I wanted to take a whole pie home. We settled on taking another slice home instead of the key lime. We will surely be trying the keylime pie next go around. Last and CERTAINTLY not least, customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The owner Drew, our server, and truly anyone we came in contact with in the establishment appeared happy to be there and were extremely helpful and enthusiastic to be of help. Not to mention I forgot to put it was my husband birthday until 2 hrs before our reservation and they still had a personalized note waiting for him. That peanut butter pie…I need a whole one… See y’all again soon, I truly enjoyed Savour!

    Always delicious, always amazing, and always the best food in town, or most areas for that matter. The staff are very friendly and casual but respectful. Very enjoyable to talk to, and everything on the menu is always well thought out, with a perfect balance of flavors. I can't recommend this dining establishment enough to everyone.     My companion and I dined at Savour for an early Valentine's date. We were welcomed with a warm greeting by the host and seated at a comfortable table. The waiter arrived within a minute of being seated and took our drink orders and presented the nightly specials. I had a wedge salad, and my date had the shrimp appetizer. Both were excellent. My salad was fresh and plentiful. The shrimp were well seasoned and cooked to perfection. We both ordered steaks, I had the Steak Frite, and she had the Filet Mignon. Both steaks were cooked to specification, medium well. Both steaks were tender and very flavorful. While the total bill was a bit high, I feel it was in alignment with competing area steakhouses. Would definitely dine at again and recommend to friends.
