Dinner at Savor was the best. It lived up to its great press reviews
Delicious Cioppino, fall off the bone fabulous braised lamb shank, warm bread and a. Great Cabernet
Our new go to spot in Vero
This was our 4th visit to Savor and the food and service was great as usual. It was a very busy Saturday evening and the food and service held up.
Great food but high priced on all
item and drinks given competition in area.
No drink or wine list, no bread at table. Lamb shank decent, salads so-so, good desserts. Expected more for the price. Plus is they do open at 4:00 for HH. Probably wont be back
I was there on Valentines Day with my husband and another couple. Even though it was very busy, the service was prompt and friendly. Food arrived hot and we were all satisfied with our meals.
All the food we had was excellent and so was the service. Creative dishes.
When I say our meal was delicious, that is not an over statement! My filet was done perfectly and it was tender and juicy! The beet and warm goat cheese salad was fantastic! The service was friendly and attentive!
This was our third visit to Savor and it was another delightful experience. The food was delicious, well presented and innovative. Service was casual and friendly and we never felt that our server was rushed or trying to upsell us. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality and large portion sizes that come out of this kitchen. Savor is fast becoming the hot spot in Vero Beach.
Our service was a bit lacking, but we could see that our server was very busy. We were not asked if we needed any seasoning, sugar for coffee, additional sauces or appetizers. I wouldn't say we were rushed, but I was on a date with my husband and we had no other plans and were really looking forward to "savoring" the evening and it was a bit lackluster.
Had reservation. Bread served only after asking and bread was day old. Asked for refill water, waiter forgot. Pork chop dinner plentiful and good. Ravioli portion -skimpy. Snapper dinner good but broth/sauce too salty. Goat cheese and beet salad served as a smeared clump on bottom of plate- hard to eat and not attractive. Tuna appetizer good but too much cream cheese.
The food and service were very good. We enjoyed our time at this restaurant
Enjoyed the evening. An appropriate sized menu with all items well prepared. Professional service. Comfortable. Will return.
I really wanted to like this restaurant. The menu looked enticing. But.... first - a very unenthusiastic server (what’s great in the menu - nothing - everything is good !!)
We ordered a bottle of wine - after sone time, our server returns to the table with something completely different. She told us they were out of the first one - but this was just like it ( not even close). We order a second bottle from the list - again - they don’t have it (the wine list has maybe 50 bottles total). Then the owner steps over and asks us to describe our “flavor profile” so she can chose for us. I suggested she simply tell me which bottles they had so I could chose for myself. Ok - wine sorted out - we listened as the owner had another wine “to do” with the table next to us.
The food was... not great. A beet and goat cheese salad had so much goat cheese and so few beets it was inedible. Crab soup was spot on. The ahi Tuna rolls were stuffed with awful soba noodles for a not pleasant combination. Olives were well presented and tasty.
Total bill was $155 - I would not return.
Great food and knowledgeable servers. Will definitely put it in my rotation of restaurants for date night.
Great place! Food, ambiance and service was outstanding!
The food was very good. We ordered the crab cake, the tenderloin with Brussels sprouts, and the cauliflower appetizers. Each appetizer was big enough for a meal. The only complaint was the ambience. The lights were too bright and the booth area needed some updating and improvement. Even candles or a small vase of flowers on the table would help.
Best meals we have had in Vero in a while--good bread, good house wines, fab pork chop and Cioppino Seafood Stew.
Superb food. This chef is a master. However: Fix the bread problem. $30 entrees deserve warm bread. Three of us ordered salad and one asked for bread. We were told "bread is only supplied by request". Well OK, this is the request. Salads delivered. No bread. We requested it again. Were told "the kitchen is working on it". Really? Second round of drinks were ordered. Still no bread. Were told "I'll tell them it's an emergency". Come on! Entrees delivered. No bread. We told the waiter to forget the bread. No response. If you are not going to supply bread, just say so. Never mind the BS.
Exquisite! Couldn’t be more pleased with this new addition to our humble town. The food was diverse and decadent. Beautiful ambiance , great service ! Can’t wait to go again
Three friends and I tried Savor for the first time last Friday night. Two of us started with the crab bisque -- it was amazing! Tons of crab and so much flavor! I had the filet and it was very nicely done. It came with mac & cheese and roasted carrots. It was enough for lunch the next day! Everyone was very pleased with their food. It did get get pretty noisy where we were sitting -- some very jolly tables next to us -- so keep that in mind. We will go back to try the rest of the menu!
We arrived w/reservation. We sat down and moments later, they wanted our name again. That was uncomfortable.
Waitress was timid. Bus boy was more accommodating to us than our waitress. He made sure our requests were serviced.
Food was awesome. I do recommend the food.
Service was extremely slow. 2 hours to complete a dinner. The restaurant was not that busy. It appeared to be a server issue
Everything was good except they would not except an Open Table gift card. We were very disappointed that they would not let us use the card we got as a gift.
Food was excellent - from the creativity of the menu items/combinations, to how well everything was prepared and seasoned to the sizes of the portions.
Great new restaurant in town. Very tasty dishes. A large selection of appetizers that can be small entree's for light eaters. Creative chef!!
We would only reorder 1 of the 3 items we tasted
We had made a reservation on open table and when we arrived they did not have it. Wait staff was a fine but not offerly friendly. Food was OK not worth the money.
Food and service were outstanding. Will be back!
Food was excellent. Service was OK. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This was our first visit to Savor. We loved everything about it. We will be back.
Food was good overall but in a town with lots of higher end restaurants, the service should be outstanding and it was just adequate. We will try again in hopes of a better experience as it could have just been the night.
Service was great, nice wine, food was delicious. Will definitely return for our third visit.
Excellent food and service. Jason and Hallie have opened a fantastic restaurant! This is possibly the best restaurant in the area.
Savor was a super surprise. We had read good review but still overwhelmed by first visit in a very way. Returning in less than a week. Food was delicious with significantly impressive presentation. Savor ias another good destination.
The overall experience was good, but the service was a bit slow which is understandable for a new restaurant. There were quite a few appetizers compared to the number of entrees. It would have been nice to been offered some special. We would return again.
We were not as impressed this time as we have been in the past. Happy Hour is now limited to the bar when a month ago it was in the restaurant as well. The quality of the food was not as good as before when they were 121 in Ft. Pierce. For current food quality, it is overpriced.
Excellent service. Wonderful food. One of the best meals I've had in Vero. Will try Happy Hour next time. We hear from friends it's superb.
My wife had the shank of lamb. It was perfectly seasoned, and the side dishes also excellent. I had the snapper, and I was very pleased with the flavor, tenderness, and sides. We each had different flavors of creme brulee, and although I would have preferred it a little warmer on the inside, the flavor was excellent. For our budget, we would definitely go for a special occasion, we place it very high on our Return To list!
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at Savor. This was our first visit there. We decided to go after the positive review the restaurant had received in the Vero News. However, we will not be going back.
Food was great. Service was iffy.
