Came here for dinner and the service was terrible. Took 20 minutes for the server to get to our table. When we were ordering drinks half of the cocktails they have on the menu they don’t serve anymore….. okay so take it off your menu!! Then we ordered our food and the food was okay but she never came to check on us to see if we needed anything until my burger was more than halfway gone. Our table didn’t even have ketchup or mustard on it like the other tables did. Then my bf went to the bathroom and i was still eating and she came up to me with the bill and asked me if i needed a box and i said no thank you and i gave her my card to pay and then when i was done paying she straight up just took my plate of food away, like i was still eating!!!! We also watched other people wait and wait for a host to seat them and workers kept walking by them and going oh someone will be with you shortly and no one ever was! We actually told some people on the way out it would be more worth it to wait and eat somewhere else. Definitely falls back on management!!

First timer. Mac and cheese with fried chicken was excellent. Not a lot of low table seating. Service was excellent. Menu is limited but food was good.

During our recent visit to the Savannah Taphouse over the holiday weekend, we found ourselves somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. We had specifically chosen this restaurant because of its wide menu variety; however, we were disheartened to find that several key items were out of stock. Although the restaurant was not overly busy, it appeared to be understaffed. Unfortunately, this resulted in some of our beverages never being served and most of our food arriving cold. While one or two of the entrees we ordered were satisfactory, the majority of our dining experience did not meet our expectations. Ultimately, despite the potential that the Savannah Taphouse holds, this visit did not live up to our hopes. We hope that these issues can be addressed for future diners to enjoy the full range of what the restaurant aims to offer.

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had. Tables and railings were kind of sticky. Could use a good cleaning.

Great food. Outside seating was nice the time of year we went. The staff was really good and nice to us and our dog.

Made a reservation for 8- but they really don’t have 8 seats together so the made a table for 6 and squished two more people there and said it was Open Table’s fault not theirs… forgot two entrees and waited on average 20 minutes between drinks

Server was doIng the best she could but seemed very overworked. She was very helpful when describing options on the menu and super upbeat which was nice. Service was slow. Food was average.Beer was good.

We booked on this app and when we arrived with our son we decided to not bring him inside because it was merely a bar that sells food, not a restaurant.
