   I had made this reservation about a month ago, was super excited. Upon accepting the confirmation to the restaurant the day before, we reviewed the menu online with no notice of closure. Upon arriving, the doors were locked there was no sign on the door and had to scramble to find another dinner reservation during closing weekend. Disappointed as we were excited to try the menu. Only upon calling their voicemail were we informed that the restaurant was closed. Really wish the reservationist would have reached out as this had been made far in advance.

   Sausage is an amazing jam in steamboat. the food and service are exceptional.

   Delicious! The 5 courses were beautifully presented and so unusual and absolutely delicious. It was pricy, but you get what you pay for - fabulous experience. We want to take our adult children when we come back to Steamboat.

   We had an incredible experience. You MUST get the tasting menu. Each dish is divine, the service was top notch and the space is beautiful. It’s a very special place.

   Our family dinner was extraordinary. We love French food and wine so the menu suited us perfectly. The wine list is expansive and I was so happy to find a Mersault to pair with my roasted salmon. Everything was creative and elegantly prepared. The custom dishes add an interesting twist to the evening, if a bit challenging to eat salmon out of a high rimmed bowl!

   The food was delicious and the service was quite good. They did seem a little short staffed, it took a while for our cocktails, but they did their best to accommodate us. We were seated close to the large door which provides access to the summertime outdoor seating, so it was a little easier to hear each other, being on the edge of the main room. The music was a little loud with the hard surfaces and nothing to mute the noise. We had a lovely dinner and a great evening out on our vacation.

   Everything was fantastic including the service, cocktails, salad, Salmon, Pork cutlet and the dessert soufflé. A surprisingly good value for a Ski town.

    We have visited this restaurant several times and have always had exceptional service and food,except this last visit. The food was a 4 out of 5. The service was so bad. We had had an accident on our way to the restaurant. We called the restaurant to let them know that we would arrive late or possibly reschedule since we were waiting for the ambulance. Once we got to the restaurant the waiter seemed annoyed the entire time we were late even though he knew we were in an accident. I guess he was giving a French “Don’t give a F***” attitude. Not sure we will return after that experience.
