   Very empty at 8pm on Saturday night which made ambience a little weird, but the weather was inclement that night. Food was very good, especially the shrimp and grits. Service was fast and friendly.

   Maria was amazing!!!! We had the best time. Her service was impeccable. The next time we come back to Cleveland we will be coming back!

   Place is very unorganized. No one checked us in until a manager saw us wandering around trying to find a hostess. Waited a while for service, not a deal breaker, but ordered 2 beers and sat for 15 more minutes with no drinks while 1 server tried to keep up with the 5 or 6 tables she already had, not to mention the huge group of people now waiting to be seated. We gave up and went elsewhere.

   Food was very good it was not very expensive and the server Maria was fantastic

   Showed up on New Years Eve as I had made a reservation several weeks ago for the evening. When I arrived I noticed they were setting up for an event and the normal tables had all been removed. We were told that the restaurant was closed for a private event. I explained that I had made a reservation through OpenTable a few weeks ago and it did not say the restaurant was closed. The woman explained the restaurant would not be open and it was determined to be closed for over a month but we could purchase tickets to the event, explaining that it was OpenTable’s fault. I checked the restaurants website which did not mention anything of the private event. There was also no signage outside the restaurant indicating there was a private event. I’m guessing that there was just a lack of communication to OpenTable of the event. I also would guess that the restaurant is able to see there are reservations coming in for a night they would not be open, and so I feel that they should reach out to guests who booked to let them know they’d be closed. I would hope the restaurant would remediate this issue in the future as it really threw off our dinner plans for the evening being that it was New Years Eve and everywhere else was pretty packed.

   Both Open Table and the restaurant failed me and my colleague. Even though the hostess could see my reservation ahe had no table, she said there was nothing she could do, basically it was Open Table's fault. I get that it was game night, but this restaurant did not have its game on! Hope restaurants and Open Table find a better way to communicate.

   Went there before Browns game. We were 10 min late- they had given away our table despite telling the people in line ahead of us they had stopped taking reservations hours ago (they had said they reserved 1.5 hrs prior). Finally got table, the music was so loud our waiter couldn’t hear us and there was a limited menu. Restaurants should have to notate if their regular menu isn’t available on big events. Unfortunately we had cancelled at a steak house to go there.

    Great chicken,good pork, only 1 block from hotel. Liked glass openness and high ceilingz. Wasn't crowded but no hostess, took while to get seated
