   This was hands-down one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The atmosphere was inviting, but what truly made the night exceptional was Chef Silvano. His passion and knowledge were evident in every dish, and his personable approach made us feel like the entire evening was curated just for us. The quality of the fish was top-tier--fresh, buttery, and beautifully presented. The creativity in each dish was off the charts, with thoughtful flavors and unique touches that set this place apart. Even the soy sauce and wasabi stood out! You can tell every detail is intentional and elevated. If you're looking for a sushi experience that's both personal and unforgettable, this is the place. I highly, highly recommend it. We can't wait to come back!

   The best sushi in Mexico. The fish was outstanding. They have cooked options for non sushi lovers. We sat at the bar and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Located in Nuevo Vallarta, it a little drive to get there from downtown PV but it is worth the drive.

   Amazing food and great staff. Perfect shrimp gyoza, and the sushi was sublime. Jalapeño spicy tuna roll rocks!

   Satori served the best sushi I’ve had in the area. Well presented in a lovely setting. Also loved the Yuzu cocktail!

    Chef Silvano was, as always, amazing. Hands down the best sushi in Banderas Bay. We sat at the counter and just asked him to make us great food. Loved watching him put each dish together. Can’t wait to go back with more friends!
