Welcome to Sarita, where we are slightly obsessed with serving good food among friends and family. Our focus is on healthy, new American cuisine – a celebration of all our backgrounds and roots. The best of the best eats if you will. Lighter dishes with natural reductions, a lot of vinaigrettes, less cream, less butter — but unbelievable flavors. This is what you can expect if you choose to dine with us. And we hope you will. The name Sarita is a nod to Chef Anthony Romano’s mentor, plus the name of a song by the New Orleans band, The Subdudes, one of the chef’s favorites. The restaurant is owned by executive chef Romano. His approach to Sarita is fairly simple: to create a space that’s a reflection of his kind of place.relaxing, fun and celebrate life in the company of friends and family with good food and a great cocktail in hand.

    What a bustling, happy, energetic scene! The service is impeccable! Eric was great, as was my wine and tasty Brussels sprouts appetizer. However, halibut was a big miss. Portion too large and way over cooked. Disappointed after spending so much money.

    Always top notch service. Wine list is well chosen and fairly priced. Fairly priced wine is hard to find in many restaurants . This restaurant has been around for a very long time for a reason and that is reflected in the total experience there.

    There are several excellent upscale dinning experiences in Lakewood. Sarita's is the best!

    Everything about our visit to Sarita was great. The food is always delicious and the service perfect. We had a wonderful time.

    Our server was FANTASTIC! The burgers were EXCELLENT! My short ribs were just ok, but everything else WAS DELICIOUS!

    Very good food and the service was great. The only issue we had was that they sat us, a couple, in between a table of six and a table of four. That was 😐

    I dined with my fiancé and my sister and her partner and we had a great evening! Drinks and food were delicious! Our server Juliette was so knowledgeable about the new menu items in addition to the evenings specials. Will definitely be returning!
