    We went for Valentine’s Day with a reservation. They were super busy, but the service was great. The food was delicious and the noise level was quiet enough, even though they were packed, that we could talk easily but loud enough for us to have privacy.

    The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. It added to our date night on Valentine’s Day. We will be returning! :)

    Tried this place out on our way to a show at at The Fox. The food was great, but the service was a total dumpster fire. The main course came out quickly but the server forgot to bring us our 1st course until we were almost done with everything else. We also had to track her down to get our check AND to pay, which made us late for the show. There were only 2 other table in the place and they had plenty of staff so I still have no idea what the issue was. I feel bad for the chef's that work hard to put out a delicious meal just to have it ruined by the terrible service.

    OMG, where do I start? We had been to Sapporo 2 a couple of times before, but this experience was THE WORST. We will NOT be back. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were only a few other tables occupied, but the restaurant filled up while we were there, and they seemed to be doing a brisk carry-out business. That was no excuse for the poor service we received. Our party of four ordered drinks (two of them iced tea), an appetizer, and four rolls. We had to ask for the iced tea when it never arrived. While the appetizer arrived in a timely manner, the sushi rolls never showed while everyone around us, including the ten rolls for a neighboring table of five college students, got their food. Finally, the manager stopped by to inquire how everything was going, thinking we had finished. We told her we had not seen our food. She immediately headed to the bar and began making our order herself. While the rolls were acceptable, they were not what we expected. When we asked if she was going to light the fire roll, the manager (who delivered our order) said that she did not have time. Our waitress came back to our table, only to deliver our check. She never offered to refill any drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, including our water. What a miserable beginning to a night of dinner and a concert. We won't be back.

    Food here is excellent. Good for casual dining and inexpensive good sushi. From walking in, sitting down, dining, and after the while staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely gonhere again. Came on a holiday and it was busy but food came quick and was good.

    The food, service, and ambiance overall, was good. My only criticism would be the chicken seemed a little over cooked; and 1 person in our party was served his entree quite sometime before the rest of us. We told him to go ahead and eat, and not wait on us. He did, and just as he was finishing, the rest of the food was served.

    The sushi was just okay at best. The salmon shashimi was pretty tough and borderline inedible. The service was slow and the atmosphere was dark, almost dank. The real issue was one of the patrons that arrived after us sat at a table by himself playing music on his phone, talking to himself and was clearly on something. This gentleman ate his food and promptly left without paying. He created quite an uproar and caused several other customers to change seats or just outright leave the restaurant. It made all the other patrons uncomfortable and pretty much ruined the whole meal. It killed me desire to ever go back
