   The whole experience was top notch. My wife and I are staying at the hotel for our 10 year anniversary and decided to eat here for our special dinner. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

    We visited on a Thursday evening. This was our first visit. Our impression of this restaurant was very positive. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable. The pianist was fun and friendly. Our Server, Savannah, was friendly and very attentive. Our meals were cooked to perfection and delicious. I would recommend that you try this restaurant.

    Food was sub par. I ordered a (tiny) filet medium WELL and it came to the table bleeding. Gross. Yes, some people like that, but I don't do rare. Sent it back, came back the same. Didn't get to eat a meal. Sides were flavorless. Bartenders, servers, ambiance was all great. Music was fun and engaging. Someone from the kitchen came to the table to ask if they could get me something else, but by that time we were there for a longggg time and I was ready to go. I'd stay at the hotel again, but wouldn't dine there.

    What a great time. Brandy gave outstanding attention to our table. The entertainment was a great show. 3 people at our table had chicken marsala that was delicious! One person at the tuna that was overcooked but still very tender and the dessert was perfect finish to a great evening. We will be back.

    Was a wonderful experience, food was to die for, and service was great, the ambiance was a bit off because of some military staying at the hotel, but it was not the hotels fault. We loved it.

    The Sapphire is a really neat dining experience. It is a reminder of the clubs of the 50's and 60's. Unlike some other high end dining along the coast the Sapphire server staff know how to give great service. It's always an enjoyable experience there.

    The portion size of the food was awesome. The best thing is the parmesan fries. The pork chop looked amazing but the taste wasn't all that. I would definitely go back and try other items. The service was impeccable and the live entertainment was nice.

    The service, staff, and ambiance are definitely five-star. I would like to give a raving review of their food but, honestly, I cannot. I've been to this establishment four times and progressively the food has gotten worse.

    The ambience was perfect and the customer service was excellent. Nicole, our server was very attentive and made some great recommendations. The food was ok. My steak was a bit overcooked. Nicole offered to take it back, but I went ahead and ate it because it want terrible and I was pretty hungry. The portions were rather small for the price, but it filled me ip nonetheless. The performer was very fun and energetic, kept the crowd of all ages engaged. If you’re looking for an opportunity to dress up and hear some great music, this is your place!

    Superb! Dinner was fantastic! From appetizers to entrees. I’m sure desserts are great as well but we didn’t have room. Entertainment was really good too. Carrie Lee took incredibly good care of us and even anticipated our needs. We highly recommend and can’t wait to return!!

    Sat us 15 minutes late which normally wouldn’t matter but we had late reservations. 7:45. Took a really long time for first drink and app order. At least 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes do get the apps. Another 20 minutes until she came back and took our entree order. My wife, it was her birthday, ordered the sea bass. So while we waited another 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive, the waitress, very nice, came back several times and filled drinks, etc. it was not until about 9:00 when she came back and told my wife they were out of sea bass. She was extremely disappointed but order a filet. Medium. It was way over cooked. Our friends pork chop was not cooked through. My steak was good. Also, our reservation specified it was my wife’s birthday. The guy didn’t come sing. After I told the waitress, she brought out a piece of dessert with a candle but that was about it. For a bill of over $800, I expected a MUCH better experience. We were disappointed. Great restaurant. Great staff. But they had a bad night that night.
