Food, service, and atmosphere were great!!! I really enjoyed the music too! I saw him at Orchid House and really enjoyed him. It was a pleasant surprise to see him at Sapphire too. His voice is amazing! Our server was fantastic too! Very pleasant and accommodating.

The service, ambiance and food were great. I had only one issue. The grits from brunch would have been great but they were SALTY. Minimize the the salt and grits are great!!!!

The appetizers were amazing, so were the mock tails. Honestly, we enjoyed the appetizers more than the pasta that being said the pasta is still quite good. I got the carbonara my girlfriend got the angel hair pesto 👍🏻

This place is absolutely beautiful! No wonder it’s a popular wedding venue. Food was delicious. Drinks were good. This is called a winery, but they bring their wines in from California and they tasted up to par with good Napa Valley wines. We took advantage of happy hour in Cleveland Burger week pricing, without which we would have ended up spending a lot more money. Everything we had tasted good - not necessarily the best ever, but very good. Service was attentive. There is such a vibe to this place, though. We will be back!

I have eaten at Sapphire Creek a number of times and this experience was not good. We went to celebrate a birthday and were seated promptly and our waitress seemed super friendly and attentive to start. We ordered drinks and a few appetizers which came out pretty efficiently. We ordered our meals while we were eating apps- 6 meals and a side dish for the table. My daughter was asked if she wanted her salad with her meal or before, she said before. No more than 5 minutes later, the side dish we had ordered to go with our meal showed up at our table. Strange, but okay, we will roll with it. Just a few minutes later, 5 meals show up plus my daughter's salad, but not her meal. When our waitress came around, we told her we were missing the meal. She was super apologetic and said she put in a rush order for the meal. The rest of us were over 1/2 done with our meals before my daughters showed up. Still we are rolling with it... next thing we know, dishes are being cleared while some at the table are still eating. I had to stop them from taking mine as I had just rested my fork for a minute and still was eating! So now everyone is finished, and the dishes are cleared. Next thing we know, the waitress is coming around with the birthday dessert. No one at the table was ever asked if they wanted dessert or even another drink before or after dinner. Needless to say, we were super frustrated at this point and just ate the birthday dessert- with a dirty fork leftover from dinner since no clean silverware was offered either- paid the check and left. Such a bummer for a family that doesn't get together very often to spend a special birthday meal out. And honestly, the food was just meh. Bummer.

Was looking forward to this belated Father’s Day dinner. Had a reservation for 6pm. Received a text at 5:30 saying our table was ready. When we arrived at 6 very few patrons in the restaurant. The hostess attempted to seat us on the patio. It was 93 degrees and 103 with the heat index! We asked to be seated inside which didn’t feel any cooler. My husband asked if the air conditioning was working. The manager said it was. The hostess moved us to yet a different room where the thermostat said 82 degrees. Our food was good but I would have preferred that they would have notified us the air conditioning wasn’t keeping up with the heat and given us the option of canceling or rescheduling. Will not return.

While our team did their best to accommodate during the extreme heat, it’s clear the indoor temperature was not comfortable, and for that, I sincerely apologize.
