   We went to the first sip n cinema event, which is held in a separate room downstairs. The tables were so dusty that you could see where the place settings were based on their outline in the film on the table. Food was ok, but overpriced for the quality.

   Once again, Sapphire Creek Winery has provided a wonderful dining experience. My wife and I celebrated our birthdays with our daughter who was visiting from Atlanta. Emily, the assistant manager, remembered the occasion and made it a very special evening. The food was excellent. We tried a new appetizer, the Crispy Squash Blossoms. They were absolutely delicious. The restaurant is as beautiful as the setting. Zach, the manager, always welcomes us and the waitstaff is professional but also personable. We have gotten to know the wonderful staff including Bianca, Brenna and Cher, who served us last night. Every one of our dining experiences at Sapphire Creek Winery has been memorable.

   The Sapphire Creek experience is top notch! I absolutely loved this place during my first visit two weeks ago with my Sorority Sister and convinced my Hubby to give it a try this past weekend and he too absolutely loves it! The food is great, the drinks are great......the ambience is perfect and scenic! Sunday Brunch at Sapphire Creek is what Sundays are meant to be about! The staff, specifically Brittany (the amazing Hostess...ask for her section), the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Owner are all amazing (please forgive me for forgetting names right at this moment). We have a whole new family at Sapphire Creek! Add to that, we are members of other Wine Clubs but the wine club here has so many amazing perks, how could we not join?! We of course did! We will definitely be back over and over and over again!

   Once upon a time this was THEE place to go to experience a uniquely beautiful space for brunch or dinner. I’ve found the food and service has changed significantly with time. It’s lost its luster, unfortunately. The Sunday brunch leaves much to be desired. There used to be an abundance of options but it has become reminiscent of an old school buffet, like Golden Corral or the Old Country Buffet. I expected to see the beautiful fruit and desert display in the center of the space but it was reduced to an afterthought over by the crepe and omelet stations. Everything was mis matched, shrimp;no grits, lamb chops (available for the first round of patrons) two types of Mac n cheese (who needs it especially if neither is seasoned properly) only one cooked veggie; Brussels sprouts, too many starches; crispy potatoes + potatoe pancakes, random rice, no scrambled eggs or egg variations, OVER fried chicken, no salmon (well, the type you use for lox n bagel, but they didn’t even have the right fixings for this basic breakfast staple). It was just all wrong to me. If you’re vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten free, or have any of these dietary needs skip them bc as sophisticated as the place appears they really they don’t cater to diverse palates. For $65 you should be ashamed of the spread you serve your guest, it’s a $19.99 buffet ALL DAY.

   The staff was out of this world!!! Our server Brittany made the Dinner Experience amazing!! She was the Bedt!!! Everyone was so professional and impressive!! We loved our meals.All tasted fabulous! The wine was outstanding!!! The Highlight was when we got to meet the Management. Chef George was so friendly and informative. We loved him!!!! GM Zach was immaculately dressed and a true gentleman. Extremely friendly. We all had a fantastic evening !!! We will be back!

   I took my daughter there to celebrate her upcoming wedding. It was a lovely day and of course the venue is just stunning! The food was excellent and great customer service!

   The atmosphere and restaurant was 10/10. So beautiful. Service was good. All the food was amazing. However, my husband's ribeye he ordered med rare came out so over done. He isn't one to complain. But for a expensive steak it should come out perfectly. He ate most of it before I could complain so they gave him a free dessert. In my opinion it should of been removed from the bill. It was clearly over cooked. I got the Zoodles with Carbabara. Absolutely delicious. But my chicken was over cooked as well. He did remove that from the bill. For a bill over $200 it should of been cooked perfectly. We will be back, I will give it another shot. Besides those two hiccups it was amazing! Wine 10/10 Cesar Salad 10/10 Service 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Zoodles with Cabanara 10/10 Tirimisu 10/10

    We enjoyed a lovely ladies' dinner on a Wednesday evening. Arriving at 5:30 pm, the restaurant was not crowded but began to fill as we were enjoying our food and wine. We shared the shrimp cocktail, calamari, and bruschetta appetizers from the Happy Hour menu at half-price! We then moved on to salads for our dinner. Our table ordered the Green Goddess salad, Caprese salad, and Caesar salad, and three of us added grilled chicken. All our food selections were delicious and presented beautifully. We enjoyed a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, which was crisp and light. We were seated at a table on the back deck overlooking the well-maintained gardens and enjoyed an after-dinner stroll on the garden path. Our server, Nicole, was exceptional, and even suggested a perfect backdrop for a photo. Overall, a delightful experience!
