   The food -- from the appetizers, through the salads and main course to the dessert -- was amazingly delicious. Our server, Aubrey, was fantastic, too. Can't wait to return! Soon!!!

   We come here often because of the food and proximity to our house. The chef is very accommodating with all the diet restrictions we have in our family. We bring friends here as well and always receive positive feedback.

   Our second visit to Sapori and we were highly disappointed this time. The temp in the restaurant was warm and made for an uncomfortable, sweaty meal. Our server never came back to check how our food was, as she did not deliver to our table. Had she come to check on us I would have told her the Povera dish was extremely dry and tasteless. The Gorgonzola dish was small and maybe contained 3 mushrooms. We have recommended this location in the past but will have to forego future recommendations.

   This was our second trip to Sapori after moving to the area. Both trips were very similar. The food is some of the best Italian I've had. Everything is so fresh and perfect portion sizes. Both times I went, my husband got the lasagna special and loved it. I ordered a gnocchi special and it, as well, was delicious. My only problem was the service. Our waitress came to our table fairly quickly for drink orders and again to drop off drinks and take food orders. However, after that, we did not see her again until she brought our check well after we had finished our meal. When I say we didn't see her, I mean she didn't even walk past our table. We had to flag down a different waitress for drink refills and other employees brought our food. A different waitress even picked up our check when we were trying to pay. I rarely let service bother me, as I can tell the wait staff is busy, but there was just a definite lack of attention. If the restaurant could fix this flaw, it would be one of my favorite restaurants. I would still recommend Sapori based on the food quality alone. Hopefully it was just a couple of bad nights for the waitress.

   We were disappointed that on a Saturday night, the bar was out of the first 3 bourbons ordered and could not make dishes as described because of being out of product due to having a large party the night before. The service was very good and accommodating, the food good but not great. We would try it again before deciding whether to keep it on our list of restaurants.

   Usually a great place to eat but we waited almost an hour and a half for our food tonight. Avoid dining here on the weekends if possible - slow service.

   Was very excited to come here since #1 on cleveland hot list. However I was disappointed with the food. The but bruschetta was soggy. My aglio oglio was super spicy too much red pepper flakes. My mom said lobster ravioli was very bland. The Alfredo was good though. There were plenty of open tables and they seated us right next to another table. The server never cleared our plates. Overall glad to try but probably will not go back.
