Our Marylebone Mexican Casona & Cantina is where we serve Regional Mexican specialities in a space which evokes the old colonial houses of Mexico, in one of London’s most charming neighbourhoods.
A 15 minute walk from Marylebone Station, 10 minute walk from Baker St Station and just a 6 minute walk from Bond St and the shopping wonders of Oxford St!

Our Cantina is where you can sit at the bar and enjoy our favourite Mezcals and Tequilas with friends, colleagues and loved ones, where as our Casona is where you can indulge in dishes such as traditional Guisados and iconic celebratory dishes like our Chiles Rellenos, Aguachiles and Moles that highlight the best of Mexican; flavours, cooking techniques and ingredients alongside our most popular Tacos and Tostadas.

The Mesa Santa room, our private dining room, accommodates up to 8 people and our upstairs Salón Santo with its own private cocktail bar is the perfect setting a party up to 50 people where you can celebrate special events.

Our new menu includes some of our favourite Mexico City brunch dishes, such as Chilaquiles & Huevos Motuleños from Mexico's Yucatán - alongside our co-founder Edson’s love of British staples like crumpets, which we are serving with our slow cooked beef brisket ‘birria’; we also have Eggs Benedict, Royale and Florentine served with our house made Jalapeño hollandaise…. plus we do a full Mexican breakfast too.

As it was our first visit to this style of Mexican restaurant, it felt a bit chaotic. That was down to us as much as the staff. We were not keen on having the entire order delivered at once, but the servers put that right without any hesitation. The food was excellent, and our resident margarita expert was more than satisfied.

I recently visited their London Bridge location, and it was an experience I’d happily repeat—especially for the tacos and margaritas, which completely stole the show. They also offer creative twists, like tamarind or hibiscus, which are worth trying if you like something a little different. The cocktails felt crafted, not just poured. The atmosphere is warm and colorful, with a casual energy that suits both a laid-back night out or a special dinner with friends. Staff were welcoming and happy to offer recommendations

Delicious! Couldn’t fault any of the dishes we had, the tuna tostada, beef tacos and sea bass tacos.

Had a fantastic brunch at Santo Remedio Marylebone today with friends. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Some of the best Mexican food eaten I've eaten in London. Not to be confused with American "Mexican" such as TexMex or CalMex, this is more akin to food as it is eaten in good restaurants in Mexico. High quality meat and seafood with appropriate accompaniments, including Mexican beer and wine. I'll go again!
