Established in July 2016, Santi has quickly created an enviable reputation for delivering quality authentic Southern Italian food in the heart of London. Many Italians living in London visit Santi for a genuine taste of Italy - what better accolade can we than this! The stars of the show have to be our authentic Italian dishes. At Santi we believe our dishes are second to none! Every pizza created at Santi has been lovingly and expertly made by the team with years of experience behind them. All of the pizza chefs are from South Italy, the dough is made from flour especially imported from Italy and then aged in the restaurant to give a wonderfully authentic taste and lightness, the toppings are all chosen for their superior quality and to guarantee the most delicious pizza an Italian wood fired oven bakes the pizza to the perfect crispness. Santi has an extensive menu offering antipasti, pasta, meat and fish secondi.

Good food but very slow service from a very moody waitress. To be fair other staff were more friendly. A shame that one person that clearly doesn’t want to be there can spoil it for everyone.

Food was excellent and arrived quickly after having to wait far too long order. But my main gripe is that they do NOT have a drinks licence, so no wine, beer etc available but you could go across the road to the supermarket to buy your own booze and then drink it in the restaurant. This should have been made known at the point of booking a table.

Was yelled at by waiter on multiple occasions. Was rushed to finish meals. Only upside is when spoke with the manger he offered a 50% discount and a free dessert.

In the restaurant for nearly 3 hours for lunch. The waiter wanted us to order desserts before receiving the mains! Poor service, food mediocre.

Food was substandard and on a par with Weatherspoons , therefore overpriced and lacking finesse or taste They messed one order up completely and instead of the bacon and avocado salad brought out just a bowl of spinach leaves, said they’d knock this off the bill but never did, and by then we’d had enough and just paid to leave sooner Staff were polite but lacked atmosphere

I have the felling many shared my same plaesent experience. It was like going back to italy, from the tasty food to the location, and that's not an easy job at all. I've been there twice within 2 weeks, seriously, try it out, you won't regret it!
