   I have been going out to dinner for Suffolk County Restaurant Week for many years now. And I have NEVER made reservations for dinner and then get told that the restaurant isn’t serving dinner for Restaurant Week. And I have been to restaurants that are WAY more busy and popular than Sangria 71. Nowhere on the restaurant week page does it say that Sangria 71 is NOT offering dinner for Restaurant Week Dinner. We had to leave the restaurant without eating because of false advertising. I’m VERY disappointed. Don’t advertise yourself for restaurant week dinner if you’re not going to participate on a Saturday night.

   Thank you for your input but its inaccurate. We had restaurant week all day until 7pm on Saturday. The rules are set by the organizer of restaurant week, NOT US. Please read the terms before accusing us of "false advertisement".

   This was our first time here. I am glad we found it and loved the food. The Paella Valenciana and the meat platter for 2 was delicious! We also ordered a half pitcher of peach sangria. We will definitely be back.

   Everything was so delicious! The staff was super friendly and professional. Our party of 5 each took home some food because the portions were very generous. We were talking about coming back again, before we were finished dining. We each ordered something different. I had the lobster boil — Yum!! Highly recommend.

   I see why the reviews are high. This is a very well run establishment with great choices in every category of cuisine. Wine is reasonably priced with good choices also. It shares a festive atmosphere with the staff always smiling and willing to help you with anything. And tonight it was packed but they still managed to seat the 2 of us in the rear dining room at 6:45 and we were the last to leave because we enjoyed it that much. So I hope you check it out and see for yourself. Cheers …

   The food was very good. However, they include a salad but the portion they put on a table for four was only enough for two people. Salad is an inexpensive item, and they should be a little more generous or don't include it.

   Thank you for your review, Joel. You are the prime example of a customer nobody wants. We moved you to 3 tables before you were happy. Although you have been here before because my staff recognized you (I wonder why? ), now you decide to complain about the free salad. We provide a platter of salad for the table which always seems to be enough for everybody else. The server also informed you that you can purchase an extra salad if you'd like but i guess the $6 was too much for to ask for 4 people ($1.50 each) . Then you wanted to use 4 FOODIE CARDS on the bill, MEANING YOU WANTED 40% OFF, can't make this up. Please DO NOT come back we are not a good fit for you. we rather serve customers who are nice and appreciate the fact that we try to accommodate everyone as much as possible. good luck

    Went to celebrate my sister’s birthday and we had a delicious meal with excellent service! Will definitely go back!
