   The service was excellent at Sam's for Valentine's Day dinner. My only complaint was the dessert. We ordered the brownie a la mode, and I've never tasted anything so horrible. The brownie itself was rock hard, cold, and tasted as if it had been stored in the freezer for months. The so-called "gelato" had to have been regular ice cream, and some parts were frost bitten. I look forward to dessert the most and this was a huge disappointment as everything up to that point was delicious. The server was on point, just felt like an insult being charged for and expecting to eat something so atrocious as that dessert.

   Sams is a great place to go when you can sit outside on the patio right on the water. The food was mediocre - and skimpy. I had fish tacos and my friend had fish & chips. Both the orders had the same battered fried fish. Two small tacos on my order and three small pieces of fish on my friends order nestled on a ton of French fries. Great for lunch perhaps but definitely not a dinner portion. You can do better Sams

   The food and beers are overpriced for what they offer. The wings are not good and they should just stick to regulars.

   Love the remodel! Great job! Celebrated NYE at Sams and had a fabulous meal. Staff was very attentive throughout the evening.

   Fun place - Loud but part of ambiance - good happy hour meeting place. Food was disappointing - had lobster role but couldn’t taste lobster or anything over bread. Drinks were average - nothing special - and hard to justify price but not out of line with similar places. Go to have fun - maybe somewhere else for good food.

   They weren’t honoring reservations because of a problem on their end and we had to wait over an hour for a table and the service was so slow and rude.

    Go when it is nice out and you can sit on the back deck. The service inside is slow and menu is not great.
