Very quiet In there. Needed to be some music or something. Service was great. Our server was very polite and nice. Too bad he had to serve that garbage we ate. Which was very expensive. Along with the drinks. Will never ever go there again
The management experience could have been a lot better. The manager was very rude to his workers. I was in line to get salad and I greeted the server and he was in the middle of telling me the options when the manager of the shift came and interrupted the server unexpectedly and asked him to serve something on a plate all while I was just standing there and the manager disregarded me as a customer. Later on when the tray of meat was being brought to my table by a different server, the same manager (who was wearing a grey suit) was yelling out to the server to hurry up because they needed to get something else out. It just seems that this particular manager does not have any customer service skills and he is not self aware about situations where their servers are being polite to the customers and he just comes and rudely interrupts without care. My only comment about the food is that the meats provided could have had more flavor and been more tender.
Service crew are friendly, nice view of the ocean, food is fine (I wish I went before the pandemic for their samba ? nightly show.
No Flavor to the food one waiter the whole night no music pretty boring
We couldn’t choose our meal they just brought us food without asking. (It was the same food for everyone in the restaurant) They didn’t even allow us to take our left over food that was overpriced. We had to throw it away. And they tip themselves, so even if you’re not happy with the service you still pay a “gratitude fee”.

Dinner was outstanding. The service was great. I like the new way service is with servings of a little bit of each meat at a time, and still buffet options, very COVID safe, no self-service. Looking forward to returning soon.
They set us outside the wind kept knocking the tent into our table asked to be moved outside they gave us attitude the pasta was nasty the best thing was the drinks that’s it
This was a horrible experience. Literally, we should have left. We walk in and they ask us if we have a Groupon, which we weren’t aware of. Later to find out the Groupon could have saved us 50% off. The food was cold, they keep running out of items we requested 15 mins prior to the server returning and telling us they ran out. Finally after coming to our table after spending time at a larger group (which probably had a Groupon), offered us other meats and they brought us only one option. Then, we ask for some kind of discount from the manager and he says “yes I will discount the bill 25%” only to see he discounted each out of Buffett’s 25%. Like really, at this point we are burnt out by this ridiculous over priced experience. And trust me this isn’t the pandemic’s fault. Literally a terrible experience for my bday. They tried to make it up with a cheesecake but it was just annoying at this point.
The food was wonderful, unfortunately due to Covid they bring the meat out all at once so it got cold fairly quickly. The ambiance is also a bit off currently however the staff was wonderfully attentive and helpful it was a great experience. I would highly recommend it!

The worst experience ever. waking in the doors the first person saw me, said my name, and told me the time of my reservation. When I was waking to my table i immediately told my waiter, I bought a coupon off Groupon. He said, “ok, go pay!” When it was time for the check, he told me I couldn’t use my Groupon because I bought it 3 hours ago and not 4 hours ago. (He saw the exact time I bought it in the beginning when he said my name) I asked, why didn’t you tell me that when I first arrived, and when I sat down. Then I look up and this establishment had a rating of a C. They knew from the very beginning I was not going to be able to use this Groupon but waited until I ate to tell me so I had to pay regardless. They said they were under new management. Scammers.
The restaurant was closed. However the groupon link to the restaurant allowed us to book a reservation. We drove 1 and a half. A waste of gas and time.
To make it worse....I can not get in contact with Groupon. Not sure why???? So at the end of the day. I lost out!! Groupon expired, gas, time and MONEY!!

Came here to celebrate my 31st bday on 11/1/20. I don't know if it was because we used a Groupon for the dinner or what, but from the moment the host seated us to the moment we asked for the check the experience was very poor. We were seat outside on grass area that was so muddy that the chair would sink in the dirt. I asked the two hostesses separate times if would be able to switch tables and it both gave me the same answer in different sentences. I wasn't the only one who had mud and dirt all over my shoes. From walking out of the restaurant to about 50 feet to where we parked we were all able bring a souvenirs back to the car and destroy my carpet, inches of mud! Salad bar was served by one person so we didn't expect the long line to get our sides. Meat plater was a bunch of cold meats. Slices of steaks were hard, dry, salty and if there were a flavor is over powering as if they were covering the taste by re heating them. We didn't expect to get our appetites fulfilled by plates of sides and appetizers. Server didn't remember anything we would ask for. Came back a couple times maybe even a few times for the meats we did order. If you're in the mood to celebrate your bday on a muddy area while eating cold meats and getting full from sides this is the best place. Definitely would not come back here. Waste of money, definitely would just pay the extra money and go to better steak house. This place is a joke.

Great place to have dinner,the food was amazing and the sunset was breathtaking overall GREAT..
Because of covid they had to plate your sides. No coming to the table with the meats, they just brought out a platter with meat on it. No dancers. We were a two person party but they still added a fifteen percent tip, they didn't allow you to decide what type of tip you wanted to give.
I think the patio dining and bringing a little bit of ALL their meats, was best thing!! Great time and gorgeous views
The all you can eat option was not worth the price. The meat gave me a stomach ache. Everything tasted just average. The waiter never asked us how we like our meat done and they ended up bringing us raw meat. Some like it , some don’t but I wouldn’t pay that price for the food again.

Had a really great experience at Samba. With the Covid restrictions, I felt they did a very good job accommodating their guests. Typically you’d have the gauchos walking around with meat on sticks and slicing it off for you, but they came up with a good idea to offer you everything on a platter. I was a little disappointed that our meats were over done. We asked for medium rare and only two of them came that way. Everything else was well done. Still very delicious! I don’t want you to think this took away from the flavor, I just prefer less cooked. The salad bar was a little more difficult because they have a gentleman to serve you so you have to stand outside the salad bar area and then select from what is available and he dishes up. Still delicious! I would definitely consider going back and if we ever get outside these restrictions, I will definitely want to try it in normal operating capacity.

Value not bad with coupon, but ended up paying as much as normal price anyway. Asked for well done meat, they brought us half done ones; when complained, they brought us another one but still not well done. Was a bit disappointed ☹️!
The servers were completely overwhelmed and oversat, in my opinion. It was almost as if they were being set up to fail. Very sad.
This is my 3rd time coming here my past experience have been great but now with this whole Covid thing they pretty much took away the Brazilian Steakhouse experience. There was no music it was extremely quiet we were seated outside which made the food cold. The waiter took a long time to bring out meats out as well.
First of all, the food was absolutely delicious! Our waiter, I am sad and did not get his name but he was amazing! I highly recommend buying the Groupon for this place because you can save a lot of money. My boyfriend and I had a fabulous time and we felt very safe there. We made it just as the sun was setting and it was the perfectly amazing and romantic date we needed. I would highly recommend this place and definitely try my best to be back again one day. <3
Eating outside they no longer carve the meat/fish at your table. Instead they bring a sampler platter of meats, fish, pineapple, and garlic bread. Then you can ask for whatever you want for seconds or more. The salad bar is no longer self serve. You point to what you want and then they serve you, but you stand away and it’s a little hard to see everything. Might be helpful if they had signage stating what the options are. The food is excellent and the view of the water is nice. Will be happy when indoor dining is open again.

Checking in was a breeze. The dining experience was NOT good. Our server kept forgetting both our food and drinks. We had to ask multiple times to even get one basket of bread. At the end of the night, we didn’t receive any bread whatsoever. The bad part is that they automatically add tip for a party of two. This enables lame service to still be rewarded. The table next to us shared a similar experience. During this pandemic, I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Their service sucks and the meat wasn’t freshly cooked. It came out room temp.

Our server was very nice a polite but there was a trail of ants right beside our table that as soon as we got served food they started coming onto our table. I see why this place has a C rating.

They tried to sit us in a table that slanted when there was an abundance of empty tables. We had to voice our concerns in order to be sited in a good table.
