We really enjoyed our food and our server! There were two gigantic flies flying around our table and our appetizers took a long time (they said they were making fresh deviled eggs) but overall the food was great!

Wonderful, cozy atmosphere. Food was outstanding and wine by the bottle is a relative bargain with a modest but nice selection available. Prices were higher than you might expect for “tavern” fare but all three of our meals were delicious and expertly prepared. Loved the displays of Slammin’ Sammy and golf history throughout the space.

Wait for one hour after ordering out dinner. When meal was delivered the lamb chops were cold. The chef was very rude to us when we complaining . I will not return a long time!

We enjoyed our meals. It was a nice change of scenery from Omni Homestead. With the exception of some of the desserts (e.g. a scoop of ice cream for $12), the price points were reasonable. Our waitress was a local and very pleasant.

We unfortunately found a piece of plastic in our pasta dish. Shrimp and grits the best entree on their limited dinner menu. We told the staff about the plastic. There was no attempt to compensate us for this blunder.

We made a reservation but still waited 20 minutes to be seated. It took probably 10 minutes just to get waters to the table. It took 1:45 for the whole dining experience in which we repeatedly asked where our appetizer was. Which showed up about an hour in. We had one drink, and one appetizer and two entrees and the bill was $141. For that kind of money I expected the food to be much better than it was. The garlic bread was the best thing we had.

Great local gem with great food, I had the rack of lamb and really enjoyed their passion fruit margarita. I will absolutely be back.
