Salty's is slipping. One person ordered salmon dinner ($50) and it was completely underwhelming. The salmon was fairly small and looked like it came from a bag you'd get from the freezer at Costco. The mashed potatoes were full of chunks and the pile of Brussels sprouts was not appealing, only slightly better looking than typically steamed Brussels. Bleh. This long time fan of Salty's is not excited about returning.

Charged for bread without knowing we should be because waiter never mentioned after he offered it; Tuna Ahi so-so have had better for less; ordered the Halibut after being told the Salmon on the menu was not fresh but off menu was $70. All in all not worth the money, except did enjoy the view. Won't be going back.

WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVE, THE SERVER WAS NOT VERY RESPONSIVE. WE WERE THEN MOVED UPSTAIRS AND OUR SERVER WAS FANTASTIC. IF WE HAD NOT BEEN MOVED, I DONT KNOW IF I WOULD HAVE RETURNED. CLAM CHOWDER WAS MARGINAL. PARKING GREAT. VIEW OUTSTANDING.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary. They decorated our table with rose petals and gave us a card. The calamari and shrimp cocktail were delicious. The homemade clam chowder was out of this world. We had the salmon and lobster tail as our mains and they were so good. We highly recommend Salty’s on the Columbia and will go back.

We have a lovely birthday celebration lunch. Our entrees were delicious as was the white chocolate raspberry cake. The Brussels sprouts were ok, just not as tender as previously ordered. Bre, our server, was very friendly and had everything under control. This is a wonderful restaurant for a celebration or just any time.

We've been to Salty's for many family events, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and military depolyments. They have always had outstanding food, service and obviously fantastic views of the Columbia River. We highly recommend them to everyone!

We had a fantastic window table and watched the water fowl and sailboats on the Columbia River. Food and beverage was delicious! Our server was excellent and checked in often to ensure our best experience. We highly recommend especially for special occasions!

We dined outside on the deck and were seated at a table that was right along the Columbia River. Our view of the sunset was magnificent as was our entire experience. The service was terrific and Michael, our server, did a wonderful job taking care of us. Our meal was exceptionally delicious - a fabulous dinner at Salty’s on the Columbia!

Shady spot on second floor porch. Outstanding server and excellent professional service. Drinks were very good with a nice selection. The food was well prepared and arrived quickly after we ordered. We enjoyed each of our selections and are still talking about how much we enjoyed the flourless chocolate cake! We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed Sally’s! The day was beautiful and we ate outside and enjoyed the view of the Columbia River! Our waitress was kind of efficient! Our food was great! We had a wonderful, relaxing experience! We were staying at an airport hotel close by. We will look forward to going back to Sally’s the next time we come to stay!

Have you ever been to tads on the sandy? Sadly it burned down but it was talked uo so much we had to try it. Saltys gave us the same underwhelming feeling as well. Honestly my wife and agreed that it was worth a shot once but probably not again. We had a appetizers main entree and desert....desert was probably the best.

I have really enjoyed Salty’s for special meals and our out of town guests for the ambience and the food. Lately, I have noticed the food to be more generic….but still tasty. We will still continue to patron Salty’s with out of town guests and for our own love of seafood and the Columbia river.

In 2018 and 2019 my fought a very successful battle against breast cancer and beat it only to be forced to stay home for all the Covid years. It was the cost of staying safe. Our trip to Salty’s yesterday was our 1st trip to a restaurant in 5 years! We couldn’t have had a better time or meal. It was perfect and good for the soul.

We walked and was greeted with upbeat welcoming and after giving our name wished us a happy anniversary! Then gave us an option outside or in and the inside was a window table as I had requested. Our server was a sweet young lady who during the entire time was so accommodating. The meal was one of the best dinners we had ( halibut and a shrimp and crab salad and the focaccia bread) we shared and was more than enough. Then to top it off a complimentary dessert of a white chocolate mousse cake that was irresistible! I'd come back just for that! We will be going back soon!
