Everything was great. Food was really good and the services as well.
We had a fantastic time and the best steaks. I highly recommend this Baytown location. Houston Restaurant Weeks dinner offers a excellent selection. We were impressed with the great service as well. Pedro was our waiter and we'll be requesting him when we go again...and we will definitely go again.
They have obviously changed managers and staff recently because their food has been horrible our last two visits.
Our experience at Saltgrass Steakhouse was wonderful. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was very relaxing and allowed for actual conversation. The food was served fast and more than a abundance of appetizers. All together it was a great experience.
Good food and great service. Nice and quiet because less people dining out.
Waitress was forgetful all food didn’t come out at the same time some portions were cold
Salt grass is always delicious. We are never disappointed when we go there!
We were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in. Our waitress name was Victoria and she was amazing. She was kind and patient and she checked on out often. The customer service there is so amazing. I definitely recommend.
This restaurant always has great service and wonderful food.
Service took long. Food was so so. Once we got our server, he was nice and friendly, but waiting for drinks and bread wasn’t what I was expecting when I think of Saltgrass
Great experience and service.
I rated the service and ambiance as poor because I made the reservation through Open Table and noted that it was my anniversary and requested the quietest most secluded table. We were seated close to the middle of the dining area. My husband ordered a filet and received a sirloin, that he did not return as it was cooked to order and didn't want to delay our meal. He addressed the waitress, Laura, and let her know since the person delivering the food was not her, she may want to check orders before they are brought to the table as the person that delivered might not catch the filet/sirloin mistake. She invited the manager over, he listened, nodded and said he thought the steak was a filet (I too ordered the filet, which i know the look of, and clearly not the same cut of meat). The music is ALWAYS too loud there and we ask to turn it down each time. I would not mind recommending as the food does taste good, and it is only 30 minutes from our house, but the service and noise would have to be considered.
We went the first night the dining room was open. It was a great experience. Everyone was spaced at least 6 feet apart.
Great staff and food!!
Food what great! Drinks were amazing and overall had a great night.
Great steak at a great price. Wine selection was good and were all fantastic.
Worst experience ever. After being seated it took 15 minutes for us to even see our server. After finally ordering our drinks it took another 20 minutes to actually get our drinks. It was a Saturday night so we were trying to be understanding but after being there for over an hour waiting on our food, it came out wrong. Multiple entree’s were cold and none of the steaks were cooked right. We ended up leaving without eating and going somewhere else. Sadly disappointing for a newer Saltgrass. Will definitely continue to make the drive to Kemah or Humble.
Lexi was an AMAZING server! We loved having her wait on us and everything was beyond perfect!
Great for a nice meal good food and with a nice ambiance. The food vs value/cost is good. It’s not inexpensive but you don’t feel ripped off for a $50 meal with drinks for two.
Great ambience and delicious food. I think we were at a shift change so we did feel a little rushed by our server when it came to dessert but it was still great.
Almost everything was great, but one prime rib was too chewy to eat. The manager removed it from the bill.
The baked potato was dry snd tough, not moist. Also the potato was cold! When I put butter on the potato, it wouldn’t melt! I had to mash the butter in with a fork to get it to mix with the potato. The Salmon was dry and crumbly. Chew, chew, chew to chomp the salmon down. The salad was tasty but the portion was so small that it was gone in about four bites. The little loaf of bread they brought for four people was about the size of flattened softball and also....cold. The butter wouldn’t melt on the bread after we sliced it into fourths. Each slice was about half the size of a single slice of white bread from one of those forty slice loaves at a grocery store. This was $29 entre. It’s about what would expect for $12 at Joe’s Diner.
