   Gabriel was nice but appeared to be very new. Served across the table and had to be reminded of requests. My steak was med rare not medium well as requested. Chopped steak and beef/brisket burger were good. Carrot cake is always a winner!

   I took my wife for a birthday dinner on a Saturday night. The service was exception from the bartender, hostess and waitress. We both ordered the $35 ribeye and my wife's was perfect, however mine was 50% fat and I could barely cut the steak, much less chew it. I hated to be "That Guy", but I sent it back to the kitchen and they made me a new one. This of course ruined the enjoyment of sharing a meal with my wife, as she was almost done before I got my replacement steak. I am sure it was a one-off situation, but as a Steak House, the feel like the chef should be able to recognized such a bad cut of meat with a quick visual inspection. The bread, Rattle Snake eggs, and tortilla soup were great. The smoked macaroni & cheese had a great flavor, but the cheese was lukewarm and had set up and the noodles had a rubbery texture. The restroom was clean, but both paper towel dispensers were empty indicating the restrooms were not being monitored regularly. Lastly, I didn't like the fact that when you join their rewards program on your birthday month, you have to wait an entire year to redeem the birthday rewards. I understand why they won't allow you to use it on that visit, but you should be able to get the birthday rewards on your next visit if it is still on your birthday month.

   Service was great but about half the food served to the group (party of 12) wasn’t great. My filet had an off-putting flavor. Probably just a bad day in the kitchen.

   The food was good and our server was nice. The hostess however didn't pay attention to the reservation and stuffed us in a corner that should not have even been a table. I put anniversary on the reservation for a reason.

   The staff were very nice. The food was so so. Steak was under cooked. The broccoli was very under cooked.. Service was great!

   Had an early dinner here, while in town for vacation. There were 6 of us. The service was great. Our waiter, Devin, was very attentive and took great car of us. The food was excellent. I'd definitely recommend.

   Best ribeye I have had in a long time. Staff was very attentive on a Christmas eve. We will be back.
