   Thedrink and appetizers were great. U oh had the bourbon glazed pork chops and they were way too salty to eat. The manager was great and exchanged it for fried shrimp, which was good.

   We were in an area of the restaurant that was too cold. The food was pretty good and the service was excellent. Would go here again.

   Basically was just to fancy for no reason why ad orange spritz on a potato like it just was not our sort of thing service was great tho comped the whole course

   Food was good and fresh. Wait staff good but very busy Noise level was off the chart. We could not hold a conversation with our group easily

   Tonight marked our third visit to Saltgrass Steak House in recent months, and unfortunately, it will be our last. Our first visit was perfect—great food, excellent service, and a quick experience. We were in and out within an hour and left impressed. On our second visit, we even requested the same server, hoping for a repeat of our first experience. Unfortunately, service was painfully slow. Drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive, food was delayed, and everything felt off. However, the food was good enough to convince us to give it another try. Tonight's visit was a disaster. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us and another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. After waiting an additional 30 minutes with no sign of our server, we had to flag down another waitress to send her over to take our order. When the food finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The steaks were cold, the sides were cold, and the steaks were undercooked. We were done. After asking to speak with the manager, it took another 10 minutes for her to come to our table. She offered to remove the steaks from our bill and provide a gift card to encourage us to return. While the steaks were taken off, no gift card was given, and we left hungry and frustrated. If you're looking for a consistent steakhouse with great service, do yourself a favor and go to LongHorn Steakhouse. They’ve never let us down, with consistently good food and top-notch service. We cannot recommend Saltgrass Steak House, and we certainly won’t be back.

   Good food and service, Louis gave excellent service, was checked on by managers twice. This is a well run operation.

   We had Summer as a server and she was excellent. Our food was delivered promptly on a busy and she remained upbeat during the whole process.

    Ordered simple chop steak and asked for it to be medium well. When they brought it out, It was barely cooked at all inside. I cut it open completely to further check it out. Showed the waiter who said he would make me a new one. Manager came over and apologized and said they would cook a new one for me. When it was brought back, it was the same one I returned that I had cut up. They simply put the pieces back on the grill and cooked what I already had. I don't even think that's proper food handling. Needless to say I returned it and didn't even eat dinner. I can't believe they did that.
