   The service was good, but a little slow. Probably because they got slammed because of all the people with no power. The fish was excellent, but the steak was overcooked. Ordered medium rare and it was medium well. Other than that, everything was good.

   The waitress was very good but we order the two most expensive steaks on the menu and neither was cooked right. My wife sent hers back I just told them I’d finish cooking it at home. But still we will go back.

   This was our first time to salt grass and I would say that we will be back based on a very good experience. We had a 7 PM reservation however we’re unable to make that. We changed to 815 and that was accommodated. We got there at 8 PM and we’re seated right away. The table provided us was the first table in the bar, this would not have been an issue however this table is very cold from the door opening and closing. That is the only negative thing I will have to say about the experience our waitress was very attentive And the food was very good. Our table ordered a New York strip with green beans and the shrimp artichoke pasta. The shrimp artichoke pasta was delicious. The cream sauce was not too heavy, and the portion size was exactly what we wanted, not a huge portion that you can’t eat all of, but a nice size portion with plenty of shrimp and artichoke. The New York strip was very good and the flash ride green beans had a great texture. We’re very tasty. The waitress kept the drinks filled, and while it didn’t knock my socks off, everything was very good and perfect for our Saturday evening meal. We will return however, we will request a table in the dining room to be sure that we don’t catch that draft again.

   My wife likes it well done. Her filet was surprisingly very tender. My ribeye was very delicious.

    My food was great but my sisters dish came out with a large piece of melted plastic on it. We weren’t sure what it was. Looked at first like shoe string onions, also like melted plastic around. Six pack of cans, also like the plastic piece that hold a turkeys feet together
