   Even though it was super busy, we got in right away with our reservation and they were able to accommodate an extra guest. Service was great, steaks were very good and cooked correctly. Sides were good but not great. Overall a good experience- would definitely go again next time we are in town

   This was a last minute decision to eat at the Saltgrass Steakhouse, but I did manage to book it online, so at least I'd have a table. I was there on a very busy Saturday evening and had to wait 20 minutes to get my table. The menu is very extensive and not surprisingly, heavily meat focused. As I was eating out for 2 weeks around Texas, I only had the 12 oz Pat’s ribeye steak and fries, with some broccoli, but the food was extremely good. The restaurant was very busy, loud and dynamic. My server, Shane was excellent and fully deserved a good tip. The staff at the front desk were professional and calm in the face of stressful customers. I would recommend booking the Saltgrass Steakhouse, as I was lucky to get in; others faced a considerable wait. Good for families and friends.

   We ate at Saltgrass after a very long day of driving. It was the perfect fit for what we needed. Most of all our server Austin was so very kind and welcoming! He made our visit memorable.

    We are regulars at saltgrass in Amarillo. It’s one of the best managed saltgrass restaurants I’ve been to. Best food and great atmosphere. They always come check to see if we are having a good experience. Thanks for always having us on holidays.
