Salt & Lime is Rex's Family of Restaurant's twist on classic Mexican. A bright, vibrant atmosphere and fresh flavors are our priorities. With an emphasis on tacos, traditional cooking techniques and regional ingredients are used to create progressive Mexican dishes. At the bar unique craft tequila cocktails are prepared with natural ingredients and fresh juices. Take advantage of the salt, lime & sunshine offered up on the rooftop deck during the summer months. Due to ever changing mountain weather, our patio is seated on a first come first serve basis and not available for reservations or booking in advance.
Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We encourage reservations and offer a wait list when available.

The food quality (especially the shrimp) has changed. They crammed five grown adults with a reservation in a four person booth. The person sitting on the end in a chair didn’t have adequate table space to eat comfortably.

Service was excellent Elote was best I've had! Drinks were good My friend loved the sangria! Food was good Portions were large Would return... for more elote!!!!

Always enjoy the food here. Only complaint is they serve only seasoned chips, rather than plain salted. Often take a too spicy bite when scooping awesome guacamole. Also it’s very loud and difficult to hear your table mates.

Been here many times and it is always great, this time was no exception. Town was a little quieter than usual, so we had the opportunity to sit on the rooftop which was great. Server was very accommodating with a bit allergy. Food, drinks, service were all fantastic.

No trip to Steamboat is complete without having a meal or two at Salt & Lime! There is quite a variety of Mexican food on the menu, which suits the tastes of everyone in our family, and the food is delicious. The prices are good and S&L takes reservations! We love to eat up on the roof and enjoy the view.
