Salt & Lime is Rex's Family of Restaurant's twist on classic Mexican. A bright, vibrant atmosphere and fresh flavors are our priorities. With an emphasis on tacos, traditional cooking techniques and regional ingredients are used to create progressive Mexican dishes. At the bar unique craft tequila cocktails are prepared with natural ingredients and fresh juices. Take advantage of the salt, lime & sunshine offered up on the rooftop deck during the summer months. Due to ever changing mountain weather, our patio is seated on a first come first serve basis and not available for reservations or booking in advance.
Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We encourage reservations and offer a wait list when available.

Fun place, great service and tasty food. The kid’s seasoned bison burrito was a little spicy for my son but they were able to get him something else that he loved.

Good location downtown with a great upstairs patio. We are from TX where chips and salsa are always complimentary, so paying extra for them is new to us. My kid’s, kid’s menu steak burrito may have been more food than my three taco plate. The taco flavors were good, but they are small and all you get…again used to rice and beans with a taco plate down south. Overall great atmosphere, food is decent, but overpriced for what you get IMO.

We always enjoy eating at Salt and Lime. The best spicy margaritas!! Great service and loved the chips and salsa also.

Excellent food, casual atmosphere and attentive service. Margaritas and guacamole were perfect followed by creative tacos, burritos and bowls. The dessert churros were warm and sweet. Nicki provided great service on the rooftop. We’ll be back!
