Salt & Lime is Rex's Family of Restaurant's twist on classic Mexican. A bright, vibrant atmosphere and fresh flavors are our priorities. With an emphasis on tacos, traditional cooking techniques and regional ingredients are used to create progressive Mexican dishes. At the bar unique craft tequila cocktails are prepared with natural ingredients and fresh juices. Take advantage of the salt, lime & sunshine offered up on the rooftop deck during the summer months. Due to ever changing mountain weather, our patio is seated on a first come first serve basis and not available for reservations or booking in advance.
Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We encourage reservations and offer a wait list when available.

Excellent food, casual atmosphere and attentive service. Margaritas and guacamole were perfect followed by creative tacos, burritos and bowls. The dessert churros were warm and sweet. Nicki provided great service on the rooftop. We’ll be back!

Great evening! Food was wonderful. Our server, Lily, was most helpful with suggestions of beverages and entrees - she was spot on!!!

This southwestern Mexican food was excellent quality. We loved the menu and there was something for everyone, even the gluten free. The pitcher of house margaritas was perfect for the first round for a table of five. The chips and salsa were a little expensive if you are used to getting them for free but they were delicious and they gave us a free refill on the chips. We ate the shrimp quesadilla, tacos, and chicken enchiladas. The nutty salad is very nutty and large (no complaints . It is a full meal). The staff checked on us regularly and the food came out very quickly. All in all a great night out!
