   Michael, our executive server, was extraordinary in every sense of the word. Both discreet and available at the same time, he has amazing intiuitve skills for the restaurant business. Our chefs, Josh and Richard lead a team of talented chefs where every morsel is prepared to perfection. We highly recommend for any occasion!

   SOOOOOOO Saratoga: An elevated dining experience, but at what price? Salt & Char appears to be the spearhead of, "How much can we charge before even the Warren Buffetts amongst us protest?" Exhibit #1: Cocktails that start at $20 - really? Appetizers that also start in the atmospheric $20 range. Even though the food and the drinks were impeccable, any discerning diner would have to ask, "Is it worth it?" The question to Salt & Char is: Is this sustainable?

   A nice restaurant overall. The staff was helpful, and the food quite good. I had seared salmon, wife had fillet mignon. Seating comfortable. Only 'negative' is that it's a bit pricey. The fillet mignon my wife had was not as good when compared to a well-known national chain steak house in Saratoga Springs. S&C's FM was same price.

   Both food and service were exceptionally good. This time we had the Salt & Sea special- we really liked it.

   ALWAYS consistently good with wonderful service, drink, and food. Great for business meetings or a special occasion or just hanging with friends. Don't forget to check out the bar area as well pre-dinner.

    We’ve been here many times, but this time was by far the best. Carnivore special was amazing. Oysters fresh and delicious, as were the sides. Happy hour has pretty good cocktails as does Morrissey’s next door.
