Two nights, two chefs. Chef Jeremy Ouellette (Bar Chouette) joins forces with Chef Alejandro Buzzalino (Salt & Brick) for a collaborative dinner inspired by the romance and rhythm of Provence. For one night only at Salt & Brick, the entire menu will feature thoughtfully curated French bistro-style dishes. Can't make it on 19th? Don't sweat it. Chef Alejandro will be joining Chef Jeremy on June 26th at Bar Chouette for another amazing evening!

First time visiting, and it lived up to the hype. Stand out dish was surprisingly the tomato salad. Flawless execution! Perfectly balanced and tasted so fresh. Very romantic vibe as well. I appreciated that we weren’t shoulder to shoulder with the next table and it was quiet enough to have a conversation without yelling. Five star service from Emmery. She was always there when we needed something and had good energy without being pushy. Can’t wait to come back for more

The food is EXCELLENT! Came back with large group after a Taste the City experience with a founder who was trying out Salt & Brick for a tasting route. DEFINITELY did not disappoint.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here last night. Everything from the ambience, to the drinks, to the food, to the service was incredible. Definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve visited in a long time. I can’t wait to go back!

We had Anderson as a server-total 5 star experience. Food was amazing and so was he. Would recommend. Try the brussel sprouts and give him a hard time if there’s only three truffles left for dessert.

We were celebrating a birthday and heard of Salt and Brick. What an amazing experience. The staff were full of energy, the food was all made in house and we had the pleasure of interacting with the chef and his team over dinner as we sat at the Chef’s Table. We would definitely go back. Thank you Dallas for a terrific evening.
