   We had the crispy whole local yellowtail snapper. It was the highlight of the night. Everyone at the table had a bit. I loved the basil sauce to dip it in. We had the truffle butter roasted chicken. The best chicken we have ever put in our mouth. Other yummy entrees were poached swordfish, steak frites. Our veggy side to share was the charred cauliflower, yum. margarita pizza for our appetizer, beautiful handcrafted drinks, italian wine, Islamorda brewing beer and to seal the deal… the chocolate molton cake with Orange Carmel. Ps Basile was THE BEST waiter to make our dinner amazing!!!

   The food and service was amazing! We were there to celebrate a birthday while we were staying at the resort. We were so pleased to be able to walk to a restaurant of that caliber. It was excellent and loved every dish. Our server was very attentive and fun and knew the menu very well. Highly recommend!

   Salt & Ash is by far the best restaurant in the Keys. My boyfriend and I live here and we have been to countless restaurants, resorts, and bars. Don’t hesitate to book a table or sit at the bar (and hangout with the bartenders, who are wonderful.) The plates are chef’s curated masterpieces and the cocktails are divine.

   Dined there last night, the experience was mediocre at best and very expensive. We had expected high prices but also great food since it’s a Michelin Star restaurant. Our waitress was new, she was pleasant but when we inquired about the local fish of the day we were told it was Branzino. Being from south Florida we know our local fish and Branzino is not one of them. We will not be going back.

   We ate here twice while we were on vacation and the kids kept asking to come back! Great food and service. Will definitely be back!

   If you are staying at this resort don't waste your money ! The food took forever to come out - took almost 30 min for a drink and 90 min later before everyone got their meal - and mine came out after everyone else was finished ! Out waiter was so kind and took off one of our meals and was apologetic. Hire more chefs and bartenders so your servers don't suffer.

   This was easily of the most delicious meals I have had with an eclectic blend of flavors. I also like that the restaurant does not take itself too seriously. Dined with my kids ages 9 and 6, all of us in our swim coverups at 5:15pm on a Tuesday. The service was fantastic. From apps, to cocktails, entrees and dessert— the whole meal from start to finish was a delight. We will definitely find an excuse to dine here again.
