   Excellent chicken wings! Pickeled fennel on the side was delicious. Wedge salad extremely large and with nice presentation. Clam pizza- disappointment. Too thin and burnt - unfortunately typical New Haven style. Too few clams - though tasty. Outstanding service. Overall a good- but not great - dining experience. Up for giving it a second try.

   Everything was delicious - pizza thin but crispy, we had garlic bread, meatballs and mozzarella sticks, all very good. Canoli pie for dessert and enjoyed it all.

   Waited 30 minutes only to finally be told they had to remake our simple pepperoni pie TWICE. Was at least offered a no charge appetizer while we waited. Table arrangements are odd and right - layout not well thought out at all. Pizza was decent at best - maybe Siri on with the original and don’t open more locations unless you can duplicate the original. Pepe’s nearby is a much better choice.

   Pizza was great but had to wait an hour for it. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Waitress was very cordial and did warn us that the pies were taking 45-60 minutes to come out so we ordered right away. That was the only downside to our experience.

   We were off to a good start since seated upon arrival (on a previous visit had a 30 minute wait with a reservation). Our waiter was efficient and professional, and the following review is not based on his service as it was certainly not his fault. We ordered a salad to share, pasta and pizza. The salad and pasta arrived at the same time. This was disappointing since I prefer to enjoy the salad before an entree. Also, I had to send the pasta back since it wasn't hot. I asked why the food wasn't spaced out and was told that when things are ready in the kitchen, they get served immediately. Then everything went more downhill after that. Our pizza took 50 minutes to come out! We were told the kitchen was backed up with 300 orders for take-out pizzas, which sounded like an huge amount to me. I think customers dining in should have preference rather than take-out orders. On the bright side, the food was delicious...perfect carbonara and excellent pizza (though toppings were a bit skimpy). I spoke to the manager about our experience and he comped our food, which was greatly appreciated, but not what I was looking for. I just wanted to relay my disappointment and wasn't looking for anything more. I will return but sure hope they get their act together with getting their pizzas out in a more timely manner.

    The variety on the menu from food to drinks are great. The Brussel sprouts are slightly charred, giving it just enough flavor to compliment the balsamic, garlic, and parmesan cheese. I've tried three of the pizzas there. "Angel Fire, " "FireBird," and the "Calbrian Stinger," and they were indescribably remarkable. The cannoli pie with the caramel drizzle is "TO DIE FOR"!! So far, everything I've tried from the menu up to this point seems to have a signature favor that I have not experienced in any other restaurant that I can remember. Sally's Apizza at the Westfarms Mall in Farmington is just an amazing atmosphere. The prices are budget friendly with a sizable portion of food. You most likely will have to take home a grab bag. There is great, prompt service and satisfaction from the host, waitperson, or staff. There is good music playing, and plenty of sports to watch, I suggest you see it for yourself. It's a wonderful place to be, and it's a relaxing experience every time I go. It's now my favorite place to go with my family, friends, or on my own just to have a little down time for myself. I have been a frequent visitor since I first noticed the restaurant while going to Jordan's Furniture over a month ago. It's a great place to be, and I recommend you book a reservation during the weekends or holidays and try it. Just dropping by may be tricky because it gets booked fast.
