Our new management team and friendly, professional staff are dedicated to delivering warm, attentive service to make your intimate dinner for two or larger group affair an exceptional dining experience. Sage’s Winter 2019 scratch kitchen menu is infused with local, sustainable ingredients and an innovate spirit.

Sage restaurant at the Snowmass Club is available for dining to Snowmass Club Members, Guests, and those with access to club privileges. Future reservations made prior to February 1, 2019 will be honored for non-Snowmass Club Members.

We had a very good meal since it was prime rib night. However, we would like to make the observation that there are VERY FEW options for people on gluten free restrictions. GF is a real thing now and it would be nice if the menu reflected it. We're not sure of the remodel plans but hope the acoustics will be improved. There are a lot of elderly members who seem to talk very loudly. It would be nice to dampen them a little. As usual, the service was first rate!

Always enjoy my meals there. The roasted duck entree is a must!! It is a wonderful dish.

I have been a Platinum Golf member of the Club for 5 years. In this period of time we never seem to have gotten Sage right. I think the setting is excellent and very comfortable. Our server Wednesday night, Helen, has no peer. But even tho I made the reservation for 6 on line (and have the Open Table confirmation to prove it), the Club said we only had reserved for 4. Then it took the Bar about 15 minutes to bring our drinks. Our food was delivered timely and was delicious, but the Menu has not changed all Summer. And the prices are way steep. To the point where fellow members are discouraged to eat there.

We decided to stay close to our condo after a long day of skiing. So we tried Sage because it was across the street. The atmosphere was great and so was the food and staff. We will definitely go back.

We had an awesome dinner at Sage last night! Table of 5, new menu, great food, great wine and great service! I highly recommend giving Sage another chance if you have not dined there since the new menu was introduced December 10. The service was exceptional as well.

Everything wasn’t excellent including our server??? The bartender took forever to make the drinks and it was t busy. I felt bad for our cute server.

Usually private clubs have so so food and service.... there are a few exceptions. Since Snowmass is semi private you might think they would be at higher end. Instead they are on lower end. The service was slow and items were forgotten. The food was poor and there were all kinds of mis behaving kids.
