Service lacked because it was really busy and loud. We had the tomahawk, steak which was delicious the sides were just okay. The ambiance was stunning.

We really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. The ambiance was very romantic, the service provided was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Fredricksberg.

I had put that it was our anniversary when I made the reservation and Sage did not disappoint. They went above and beyond to make our 12 year anniversary dinner special. They welcomed us with champagne as soon as we sat down, they brought us a chef's special plate free of charge and when we did have a very very MINOR inconvenience, they took it upon themselves to remedy it 1000%. The carbonara is amazing, please make sure to order that when you go. I will be coming back.

Come here for amazing cocktails! The bar manager has put together an eclectic, imaginative and lush menu of drinks. Wish we’d stopped there. The bread basket was small, bland and crumbly. Carbonara was good. The pork was completely over cooked and laid on a bed of sauerkraut which was not on the menu. The duck leg was delicious but the steak was ordered medium rare and came well done and was flavorless. Lamb was doused in a weird sauce that dominated the lamb so much that all one could taste was sauce. The hostess was militant and our waiter wasn’t big on details. I would only go back for the fabulous drinks. Nice lounge area to enjoy them.

Good atmosphere, good food, poor service in dining room. Waiter did not tell us of any specials and we only knew of them by overhearing another waiter after we had ordered. He seemed almost bored with his job and only attended to us when absolutely necessary with very few words. Food was good and nice presentation.

Sage needs to shut down their upstairs dining area. The chairs at 4 of the 5 table uncomfortable enough for 3 different groups to asked to be moved, including us. The single waiter was absolutely frazzled, running up and down the stairs to get everyone's food and drink. He barely had time to speak to any of his customers, much less be attentive. It was also very noisy. Not a "fine dining" vibe at all. Only plus side was the food, which was great, but overshadowed by the overall noisy, rushed, uncomfortable-seating vibe.

We took family from Maryland to Sage for their wedding anniversary. It was a lovely time. The wait staff was efficient, the ambiance beautiful and the food was delicious. My wife and I had lamb chops, my sister raved about her red snapper, and my brother-in-law loved his pork. Just a delightful evening and a wonderful way to celebrate their anniversary.
