Great for an evening out. Small dining area, but not too loud. You can see directly into the kitchen where your meal iss being prepared. Great assortment of cocktails. Our waiter knew the menu really well and made excellent recommendations. Food was all delicious from the entrees to the sides.

Got there. There are 2 different rooms. .. which was interesting. Got there. Hostess very pleasant. Got sat. About 15 minutes passed before we got spoke too. Then the entire event too longer than should have. Maybe waiter was super busy (it looked life we were 1 of 3 tables they had) Waiter spent a lot of time at one table taking. I'll try again... maybe in other space (bar/patio) and see how it goes Food really good!

We had just finished an appointment at the Cancer Center at Wake Forest Baptist and went to Sage Salt to relax before our drive home to Hickory. The food was fantastic. I ordered a beet salad and the roasted chicken, and my husband ordered the filet mignon and asparagus. The chicken was a huge portion, and I had it the following day for lunch and still had some leftovers. I also ordered a piece of the strawberry cake to go, and it was moist and flavorful. We are not from the area but will definitely go back anytime we are in Winston-Salem! The atmosphere was also nice and we enjoyed the music that was playing - it was present, but not too loud. The ONLY complaint is that I was sitting right under a vent and the air blowing was very cool (it was a hot day outside). I am going through chemo though, so I definitely more sensitive than the average person to temperatures.

The food and service was delicious. The Cobler dessert was amazing, I hope that they keep it as a regular item for the menu! Will be coming back in the future!

The food was delicious and presented with flare. Our server was both knowledgeable and attentive. Well worth the value.

We usually love sage and salt. This time service was extremely slow and the Mac and cheese was like soup. I couldn’t even eat it with a fork because it was so soupy. This is our go to for a night out but is quickly changing for the worse.

Our 3rd visit, Celebrated our Anniversary with friends celebrating theirs who had never been. Pleasant surprise with a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. Our server Nick was outstanding, attentive but not hovering, knowledgeable and made wonderful suggestions. Probably one of the best Rack of Lamb ever! Definitely a go to stop for special occasions or date night!

First time. GREAT experience! Our server, Camille, was spot on! VERY personable, friendly, professional. We chose to sit at back patio and had 2 kids with us. It was perfect choice to be outside. Try the blackened scallops and the pork belly skewers. You won’t be disappointed! Will definitely be going back!
