Safina Restaurant & Bar features modern, Mediterranean inspired, healthy cuisine. It will have seating to accommodate up to 155 guests, including a private dining area which can seat up to 18 and a full service bar. Safina is about celebrating the diversity of the Mediterranean through inspired and refined food that is thoughtfully prepared to emphasize the true flavors and the quality of the ingredients of the region.

Seafarers ruled the Mediterranean bringing riches to empires. Coastal towns established fame for luxuries and for mercantilism that continue to exist to today. Without seafaring vessels, this would not have been possible. It is the simple invention of boats and ships that created the bounty of the Mediterranean and it is there we find inspiration in our name, Safina. Safina is Lebanese for “boat.” Beautifully humble in its simplicity, confidently assured in its purpose. This mix of humbleness and confidence is found in our food, service, and experience

This is not an ordinary "hotel" restaurant. We were very pleased with menu options (both breakfast and dinner) presentation and quality. The high protein salad was a favorite of ours - fresh, delicious and the right size. Excellent. Staff helpful and courteous.

There aren’t many places to have a nice breakfast at 9am on a Sunday, sadly the service at Safina ruined our whole experience. In an almost empty restaurant we had to chase our waitress down for several items with little to no apology. Maybe they don’t care because most guests are staying at the hotel. To top it off parking was $16 Yup. $16to park because it was a hotel. We will not be going back despite the yummy breakfast menu.

Fantastic service. Lamb dish was phenomenal! Quality was not sacrificed by the Convenience of being in the hotel.

This review may not be fair since we were there Christmas morning with less staff. Our waiter may have had too many tables since we had to remind him to get our food after waiting 30 minutes or more. The eggs Benedict were not great and had obviously been sitting around for awhile. I did appreciate having the parking ticket validated so that removed the very high parking fee.
