SAFFRON NOLA, the culmination of the Vilkhu family’s lifetime of passion for culture and food.     We had a great time. Loved the round table. Our server did a great job of choosing varied choices that we could all try and enjoy. We’ll definitely be back! Also, can’t wait to try your new concept across the street.

    Saffron Nola remains one of the premier dining experiences in the city of New Orleans. Great food, great atmosphere, great ownership and great staff. Would like to send a special shout out to Ashley and Meredith behind the bar – they were simply great!

    Two couples. - shared 3 apps, 3 entrees and two desserts. Each was exceptional. We were allowed to enjoy our meal leisurely without being rushed. It was a bit loud in the restaurant but it was filled with happy diners making it difficult to hear across the table.

    Ms. Trudy was an amazing server and all of my coworkers had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. Thank you Chef Dickie for a wonderful experience.

    Everything was good however the gumbo was a bit watered down and service was slower than expected. Extremely busy night for this restaurant (8pm) My new money drink was different because it had the appearance of ice water but it was EXTREMELY DELICIOUS! Very surprising and different. Will be back soon for that flavorful gumbo I’ve heard so much about!

    I wanted comfort food for dinner so returned to Saffron for the chicken biriyani and was pleased as always. Mr. Vilkhu stopped by our table to welcome us. We had a good time and will return.
