   Sacks is actually no longer. It's Crush. They didn't seem prepared for the number of customers, and although our waiter told us that the restaurant was a combination of Sacks & Crush, the menu was all Crush - very limited. Goodbye, Sacks. 😔

   The Hot Mess is pure comfort food - and very tasty! The Halibut was a good size portion - but a bit dry. Very Asian-fusion style - not bad if that is what you expect. The service was very good - but I was the only diner at the time. It was 5:00 PM local time and I had just flown in. I would try it again - but would mention the halibut should not be over-cooked.

   I enjoyed the crab cakes eggs Benedict. I would have brunch at Sacks again.

   I ordered the prawn & avocado sandwich (which was quite small ) accompanied by a plate load of French fries. I didn't notice if I could have substituted the fries for a side salad which I would have preferred but it certainly wasn't offered by the waiter. The sandwich was good but not exceptional. $16 for basically a small sandwich and plate load of fries is a bit steep. My friend ordered the rice bowl which she said was better than she expected.

   Last evening after 3 weeks of holidays in Alaska. We felt good and warmly welcomed. The foie gras was excellent, main course delicious and excellently seasoned without too much salt. Only: we are used to eat much slower, dinner last at home at least two hours, so the main course arrived while we were still eating our entrée. We could have mentioned at the beginning to leave a gap between. But, still, excellent address, recommendable

   Service was good. The food was tasty. However, vegetable tart was overcooked and a little tough. King crab appetizer was good.

   Best halibut for my whole vacation. Suzanne, our waitress, was awesome. So funny and entertaining. We had multiple special requests that she handled with a great smile.

    I made a request for one of the salads but with a different protein. It did not seem to be a problem for them at all. They seemed to be happy to make the change. The salad was very good and I enjoyed the meal very much!
