Effective Monday 4/12 we have extended our hours each day by an hour. Sunday-Thursday we will be open 11:30AM-9:00PM and Friday/Saturday we will be open 11:30 AM-10PM. We do take our last tables and orders 15 minutes prior to close each day. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Sachi Sushi offers sushi, sashimi, hibachi, seafood entrees, ramen and more in the Denver Premium Outlet Mall in Thornton, Colorado. We offer a true restaurant setting within the mall with both indoor and outdoor seating options as well as takeout/curbside pickup available. Lunch specials served 11:30AM-3PM Monday-Friday! Come check out our great selections of fresh sushi and kitchen items as well as our wide variety of bar items including beer, sake, whiskey flights and more!

Wait staff wonderful. Jacob was fantastic and so were the others. Size of rolls were a tad small based on price but delicious! There was a phone ringing constantly I believe behind the bar. A little annoying after awhile. We will return to the restaurant. It was a very nice Monday night option.

Luciana, our server was so great. We had two kids in our party and she was so kind and friendly with the littlest and the adults. The food was wonderful, the service was awesome. My only thing is the bass was so loud on the music that it was distracting and we couldn’t hear the songs just the baseline. Somebody needs to hit that equalizer.

We always enjoy Sachi Sushi and love to bring out of town guests here. Also, Andrew makes fantastic cocktails!
