We offer a true restaurant setting within the mall with both indoor and outdoor seating options as well as takeout/curbside pickup available. Lunch specials served 11:30AM-3PM Monday-Friday! We had a wonderful time. Went with friends and ordered several different rolls, we were not disappointed. They were short handed the night we went in but you would never know it. The service was great. Prices are a bit steep but we knew that going in. Will be going back again!

The service was fantastic. Or waitress was very knowledgeable about all food items. The food was absolutely delicious.
This was the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. We sat at table A1. Our server was Andrew and he was probably the worst server I’ve had in all my dining experiences in Denver, and I’m a native. I drove 30 min out of my just to come here. We arrived at 6:34pm. ordered drinks. Didn’t see Andrew until 7pm, only got to order soup and my sons dinner. We told him before he left that we’d like to order rolls. He came back at 7:20. 7:45pm we paid for two drinks, soup and our sons hibachi $40. We never even ate. I’ll never come back to this restaurant again.
Always a pleasure dining at Sachi. The service and food are unbeatable, and the atmosphere is exceptional.

We found a new favorite place and so happy about the location! We needed a place up north with a great atmosphere where you can order great food and enjoy a nice craft cocktail! We will be back soon ;) Hibachi and sushi were exceptional!
There’s a table in a corner that faces a wall, and I was unfortunately sat there. Eating and staring at a wall... It was a pathetic dining experience. Please do not seat your guests there anymore!

My wife and I went in to Sachi Sushi and started off very disappointed to be sat where we were sat, but thanks to the INCREEBILE service from our server Laney the night went from Ok to incredible! Food was fantastic, smoked old fashioned was a superb drink and I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for sushi in Thornton

The ginger was fresh and not astringent. The sushi was fresh and tender. The tuna appetizer citrus-flavor was terrific! The wasabi was fresh and hot. What a treat!
The service, food choices, and ambiance were excellent for celebrating Valentine’s Day or any other day as well.
We were out for our 1 year anniversary and got the Sushi for Two. It was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! We got vanilla mochi and fried Oreos for dessert, which was on the house because they knew we were celebrating our anniversary. We will definitely be back!
Great sushi spot on the north side without having to go to Denver. Food was delicious and our server was outstanding!
Waitress was on point and food was good. Not an extravagant role selection but their basics are amazing. The spicy crunchy tuna roll was the best I have had in Denver!
I’m a big sushi fan and not easily impressed and I lovedddd the food! Dear ahi and volcano rolls where my favorite!
