Came to Saaya Dallas last night with my family to celebrate my cousin’s new job, and we had such a lovely time. We sat outside, and the ambiance was perfect—vibrant, warm, and celebratory. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were top tier—crafted beautifully and full of flavor. My only (tiny) clown would be the flies, but that’s summer in Texas. A few more fans or misting stations might help keep the heat and bugs at bay, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the experience. Overall, 10/10. The service, the vibe, the flavors—everything came together for a wonderful night. Can’t wait to return!

Imagine booking my outdoor table 4 weeks earlier to enable me celebrate my birthday with my friends. Only for me to arrive Saaya and be told they had no table for me. The staff had no explaining and she kelp in waffling and waffling with no meaningful explanation. This is the second time this had happened as to why I chose to drop this review. I insisted on speaking to the manager who came out 10 minutes later and sorted out another table. 6 guests sitting in a table meant for 3. A terrible experience and I will never be returning to Saaya.

A nice place to go if you don't want to be thrown out after 2 hours. This place was recommended to me. I looked up the reviews and was pleased. Made a reservation for 7pm for 4 people. 3 showed. Spent over $230 and was intending to spend more. After being there for 90 mins, we were continuously reminded that we have to leave after 2 hours. Literally standing over us waiting for us to leave with 10 mins to go. I was done and displeased . My buddy asked can we get an extension. They said no. I was totally flabbergasted. They will not get my money anymore. One would ask, well how long did you want to stay? I would say until I was ready to leave, but its cool.

The music is fairly loud so you have to speak pretty loudly to hear each other. We had long wait times after ordering despite it not being super busy and our server did not warn us about the wait times either. We ordered a platter, which is supposed to be enough for 2-3, but when it came out, it was not. It wasn’t until after paying that I realized our server had entered the single entree instead of the platter that I specifically pointed out on the menu. Overall, decent food, okay service.
