Too loud music and understaffed the the food have much vegetarian options except for a couple of salads salad the falafel was not any anyway close to Mediterranean standards

Saaya has a gorgeous ambience and even better food. The dishes were delicious and beautifully plated. Our service was top-notch! And the drinks were wonderful as well.

Was seated promptly even tho I reserved an outdoor table I guess the rain caused us to have to sit inside (no apology or reasons to why I wasn’t sitting outside I saw people still being seated on the patio) but moving on was sat at a booth with stools (uncomfortable for what we all were wearing and my fiancé kept getting hit in the back from people passing to go to the kitchen food and drinks were delicious waitress was busy but pleasant. THE BILL comes and there’s no explantation of the breakdown she simply tapped his card it was 360 “with her tip included” and she pressed no receipt, I just don’t think 2 people racked up that much. Was puzzled after we left kept saying I really enjoyed the place but feel like we got jipped.

I made a reservation for 9 people at this restaurant on Wednesday night. Despite the availability of empty large tables, the front desk informed me that our reserved table wasn't ready, displaying a peculiar attitude. They suggested we wait at the bar, even though no seats were available. After standing for 10 minutes and numerous inquiries, they said they were working on it without specifying where. Eventually, they led us outside, prompting me to request the manager. After another 5 minutes, we were seated at the worst table—dark and in a corner. Fortunately, our waiter provided excellent service. However, the food quality left much to be desired. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Our first experience, when they first opened, was a little different. The food was mostly good (chewy beef kebabs still…), but lacked atmosphere. The 2nd time was the exact opposite. My greek salad was very coarse, & lacked flavor. It also had deep fried feta, which didn’t work & tomatoes that were off. The lamb sliders tasted sour, due to some kind of relish in it - otherwise not much flavor either, also too big (burgers!) My son was specifically asking for that ice cream he had the 1st time - it had rose water it it, which we were told was as in it. Noone even knew what we were on about this time.

We will definitely be back. The restaurant is beautiful and the vibe was so much fun. We had a little bit of everything and all of the food was delicious. We also had fun people watching. Can’t wait to go back when the weather is better to sit outside.

We were charged an automatic gratuity for a table of 2 and weren’t told about the charge so we doubled tipped. The server came to our table a few times but was otherwise missing

I thought it was rude that I never saw the bill and the gratuity was added for me. Food was good but not exceptional. The ambience is the thing about the place. Also was seated outside and my seat was wet

Bad service, we waited for 20min just to get water nobody checked on us until I said something to the host, menu is very limited, we ordered a plate for 2/3 people and it was good at least.

Charming Ambiance, But Disappointing Dining Experience Last night, I dined at Saaya with two of my friends - our total bill amounted to ~$250+ for dinner and hookah somehow. While the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, being a weeknight (Tuesday), our dining experience left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share our thoughts. The atmosphere at Saaya is undeniably charming, and it does a great job of creating a cozy ambiance. Our server, Amariaah, deserves commendation for being friendly and attentive, adding a positive note to our visit. However, the food quality and hookah experience were a significant letdown. While the menu presented an array of tempting options, the execution didn't quite match up to our expectations. Our order included: Lebanese Caesar – we decided to swap the dressing as per our server's suggestion, which turned out to be a good idea. Za'atar Popcorn Chicken – unfort, this dish arrived cold and soggy. Sumac Fries –these were flavorful, but they were served cold. Surprisingly, the cold fries stood out as one of the better items of the night. Cheese Man'oushe – was excessively salty. Chicken Shish Tawook – average. Chicken Shawarma – average. 3 Jamil Mocktails – overly syrupy. Hookah – our ordeal with the hookah was perhaps the most frustrating aspect of the night. The hookahs at Saaya are overpriced, and the quality didn't meet expectations. To make matters worse, the hookah we were provided with didn't work properly. We alerted the staff multiple times, and it took an excruciating 45 mins for the hookah staff to address the issue. Even after their efforts, there was no improvement in the quality of the hookah. Eventually, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes to receive new charcoal and other adjustments to finally smoke a hookah. There's clear potential for improvement in terms of food execution and hookah experience. I hope the restaurant management takes these points into consideration.

Our server kept disappearing. I asked her to bring ketchup twice and she still didn’t until I had to go look for her and ask for the third time. She wouldn’t come to check up on us. Then I had to go look for her again to ask for the check.

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Saaya restaurant, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, the service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring a seamless dining journey. The ambiance was both inviting and cozy, setting the perfect mood for our meal. Among the dishes we savored, the beef shawarma stood out with its rich flavors and tender meat. The salad was fresh and perfectly balanced, providing a delightful contrast to our main course. To cap off our meal, we indulged in the baklava cheesecake, a fusion dessert that brilliantly melded traditional tastes with a modern twist. Highly recommended!

My friends and I have tried calling multiple times to alter reservations over the past few months, but there is no working phone. Love the place and the ambiance, but this is very inconvenient and ultimately ruined our plans last night when we had a large party with guests from out of town that we booked reservations for well in advance. This has been a problem since they opened, you would think they would have a working reservation line by now. Other than that, the place is great. I am hoping they will have a working phone line here soon to avoid these kinds of problems in the future.

The place is beautiful but we had a few hiccups. Our friend waited in the valet line for 30 minutes only to be told it was full. She then had to find parking nearby which is quite difficult. Then, when she arrived we ordered our food and drinks and halfway through we were told our table was up as there was a 2 hour limit. After expressing our concern that we were still eating, the wait staff and manager kindly moved us inside where we were able to order another round of drinks. They did add a 20% gratuity to our first bill without letting us know, which was surprising as it was a table for 3. We ended up adding a tip on top of the included gratuity as we didn't realize it was already included. Our bill inside did not have the gratuity included. Overall, the ambiance is amazing and very energetic for a Friday or Saturday night.

I would not consider this place to be Mediterranean. There are no fish items on the menu. This should be represented as a middle eastern cuisine… An authentic and delicious one at that! As a middle eastern decent individual, I was pleasantly surprised with everything my table ordered. The menu items were a perfect amount to share. I would recommend eating family style so you can try everything on the menu. The fries were absolutely on point! The Sangria was very refreshing, although it is a premade slurpie-style drink, it was not overly sweet. The hooka flavours looked great, but I didn’t feel like dishing out 45$ for that on a Monday night. Maybe weekday specials would be a good option. The service was attentive. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful place! The Sumac fries with their signature ketchup is soooo good and the Passion from Miles away drink is now my fav drink. Nice place for a sexy date night or place to get dressed up sexy and chill with friends.

Overpriced. It would be way better if it wasn't so overpriced. We paid $20 for one kabob. $$60 for hookah. Drinks $20 each and then they charged us 20% gratuity and a 3% dine in fee??? We basically paid for the ambiance.

For vibes, aesthetics and ambience, this is a nice establishment. But they do not acknowledge if you requested outdoor seating on your reservation. They claim that it is not guaranteed and that parties outside have already made a deposit, although open table doesn't even give you the option to place a deposit. We had to request to speak to the manager to accommodate us after both the hostess and the waitress said there was nothing they could do. The chicken is dry and the rice was overcooked. The sauce was the only thing that helped us eat the meat. The Caesar salad was salty. Hookah was decent.

It’s pretty inside after that it’s nothing to write home about. Some foods in the menu are good some are not the services is DEPLORABLE! Our waitress had a rancid attitude filled with neck and eye rolls at my entire party. Terrible experience

The hookah, aesthetics, ambiance and the drinks were great. The food however was a different story. It was very bland and the rice tasted like it was days old. Great for groups I would be back solely for hookah drinks and fries

Great food! Great vibe for sure. The hostess is a little rude and felt customer service could improve overall.

Went for a birthday dinner out. Our server was great, so the star is for her. Greeting staff was terrible, waited over 2 hours for a table outside so we could do hookah, finally left without it. Tons of empty tables. Really obnoxious front team.
