Duck was way overcooked but tasty, my daughter’s Mac and cheese delicious! Didn’t have time to wait for a re-cook! Those 2 items and 2 drinks $100! Told waiter about duck but Nothing was done about overcooked meal! Not what I was expecting
Our waitress, Pamela, was exceptional. She is a great asset.
Probably won’t go back and we’ve been coming here for years. It’s just really gone down hill. And the waitress forgot our appetizer and our steaks were super dry and tough! It was horrible. Went and got food after!
Very good experience I would recommend Ryan’s to friends.
Always an amazing experience. Consistent service and flavor!
As usual it was delicious! One of my favorite restaurants in the Triad.
Great night for VD. You gave us some exquisite food and service and it payed off for me in the end. Now I have a lifetime to remember how special VD is and what it can do to me when Ryan’s is involved. Thanks for the experience that will never be removed.
Had a wonderful Valentine's Day meal!!! We always enjoy coming to Ryans.
Ryan’s is my favorite special occasion restaurant. There’s nothing ordinary at Ryan’s from start to finish.
Our favorite restaurant in Winston-Salem!
My husband and I had an amazing first experience. The staff was welcoming and very nice, our server Jerry went beyond that, he really did make our experience so much more enjoyable. The food was amazing, a great way to spend Valentine’s Day!
Sat us in the corner next to kitchen. My wife’s steak was way under cooked. They took it back and recooked it, but took 10 minutes and they didn’t offer anything to apologize. The restaurant was loud and it was not a great atmosphere for a Valentines date.
Ryan's continues to be our favorite restaurant in Winston Salem. Although a bit pricey, the food is always well prepared and very consistent. The management team is very accommodating and always friendly. The wait staff and the price are the only recommendations for improvement. Some Waiters and Waitresses are excellent while others need to polish up on their people skills a bit. The prices are a bit high, even for the 1/2 portions. Recommend offering 1/2 portions on the specials as this is more affordable for seniors or a senior discount. Even with all of that said, Ryan's restaurant will be our choice for special events and family gatherings. We would highly recommend this restaurant to others.
Wonderful food and service, along with upscale ambiance.
Ryan’s never disappoints!
Food and service was exceptional. Made for a very nice Valentines Day experience. Highly recommend.
It was very relaxing and great food
Great service and great food! Somewhat expensive though. Would definitely recommend to others
Food was generally good, steak and salads..ordered a nice Cab, splurged so it was on the expensive side... disappointed that the bottle was served too warm, also you would expect an expensive bottle of wine to be decanted. Experience was good, but not over the top so to speak.
The food was excellent! Our Server was attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the meal and would highly recommend Ryan's to others (& have already done so).
This is our favorite place to enjoy a special dinner.
The food was amazing! The service was impeccable! Went to dinner for our anniversary and could not ask for a better experience.
Best restaurant in the Triad. No one does steak better!
The best steak in town. The sides and salads were also very good. Excellent serve and good pace
One of the best dining experiences in Winston-Salem.
Our food was excellent and the wait staff was prompt and courteous. We will definitely return when in the area again.
Great choice for special event. We went for birthday dinner and were very pleased. Everything was top notch. The free chocolate cake we received for her birthday was amazing. Lots of menu options to choose from.
Everything fantastic but wish we were seated in a nicer spot given we were celebrating a birthday and left a note on open table that we were celebrating.
Always phenomenal food and excellent service. The flounder special was simply magnificent! Keep up the good work!
We have a great time celebrating birthdays. Food was very tasty as always. It was sad to see people coming in to eat in jeans. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere of fine dinning and to me jeans are not fine dinning.
Great evening for 70th birthday dinner with children and grandchildren.
Delicious food, attentive but not overbearing service, wonderful ambiance
Celebrating my Mama’s birthday with a trip to see my daughter at Wake Forest. This dinner was a must since we feel in love at move in this year. We were not disappointed again. Really enjoyed a lemon drop martini. Prime rib was yum, Maui mahi special was good. Scalloped potatoes are AMAZING...everyone kept going back with forks for that. Plates went back completely clean—even the chocolate cake plate.
I'm never disappointed when I go to Ryan's to eat. Always great food and service. Highly recommend it!
The server was prompt and friendly without trying to be our best friends. The food is always good. It’s one of our “go-to” spots for a good meal.
Waitress unfriendly and rushed. Bread seemed microwaved. It was hardening as it cooled. Butter was frozen solid and cheese sauce tasted like cheese wiz. Liked the idea of pretzel bread. Would have liked a nicer cheese sauce for it. Fish over-cooked. Rice too oily and hard. Sauce was delicious. Best asparagus I’ve had- well-cooked. Loud guests near by and clattering dishes dropped by waiter. My husband had a better view of trees but I did not. May have been better in the daytime or early evening. Didn’t seem like a high dollar restaurant but we paid high dollar.
We have been to Ryan’s many times over the years. The food was very good but the restaurant was packed and very noisy. I haven’t experienced this before at Ryan’s. It also looks like the restaurant might be in need of a little updating. The carpet appears worn and a few updates wouldn’t hurt at all. Overall it was a nice evening.
The setting was great, the food was delicious I will definitely go back.
