Both the petite filet and New York strip were exceptional. Cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Sweet potatoes were a fantastic surprise, they were delicious. We enjoyed everything about our meal and the service was excellent.

The food and service was perfect. It is a very relaxing environment and it was quiet, even though there were a lot of diners. We would go back again.

Food, service, ambiance, everything was amazing! The manager (Hector) made sure everything went out smoothly and fast! We loved how the servers explained how the food was prepared and the way it was served. We also got not one, BUT TWO congratulations (complimentary) desserts for both my and my girlfriend’s graduation! Loved the experience, loved everything!

Had a wonderful celebratory dinner. Tyrone was an excellent server with a great sense of humor. Delicious food as usual. Absolutely will return when back in the Waltham area.

Ruth’s Chris NEVER disappoints! The food is unbelievably delicious- you’ve got to have the ribeye steak! The entire staff is warm, friendly and dedicated to making your dining experience pleasurable! We will continue coming back!

This location has gone downhill tremendously since it opened. The food quality has greatly suffered. But it hasn’t suffered as bad as the service. My mother’s steak came out borderline inedible which for an $80 steak is unacceptable. Not only did our waiter spill hot butter on my hand and drop a knife that bounced off my brothers foot(luckily), our glasses were empty basically the whole time with the waiter not even noticing the 1 time he checked in. The manager did bring out a side order to apologize for the bad steak but by the time the replacement steak came out everyone else was done eating. Any other Ruth Chris location is a better choice than this one.
