In order to maximize your stay with us, we recommend that you view the menu on line prior to your visit at www.ruthschris.com to make your party’s dining selection before your arrival. We also advise you give your entire multi-course order to your server. We will make sure that all courses are timed for your enjoyment.
Because of the 90 minute time limit, we will not be able to seat incomplete parties as the clock starts once we seat the table. Please have all party remembers arrive together for your reservation.

Charged for one extra salad
After ordering our meals waiter told us they were out of 4 oz
filets. So we had to go with the next size up. Additional cost $7 per steak.
Not bad but for customer service purposes we should not have been charged. Not our fault they ran out of 4 oz steak
The restaurant was extremely cold. We were switched between 2 waiters. They were all out of calamari and blamed it on covid (really?) The service wasn’t exceptional just ok. I wouldn’t rush back.
Our server/bartender Amber was awesome!! It was hot outside and she made us a refreshing drink and gave us the recipe. The food was divine as usual.
Great steak. Great service. The restaurant was hosting many executives from the Ruth’s Chris corporate staff. When they got to their private dining room all service went to them. Very poor service from then. Parking is a big problem. If you go after 6:00 pm plan on at least to find a space. We will go back but with Uber until they start valet parking.

The food and service is amazing
My wife and I had a great experience. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly, and paced our dining experience perfectly. With the Incredible food quality we’ve continuously gotten from Ruth’s Chris, We will be back soon for sure!

Ruth's used to be a great place with terrific food but you paid for it. Now, its pricey but the food is increasingly average.
If you want great steak, there are much better options
Derek was our waiter and he was very good. All three of use were pleased with our choices. My only complaint is the brussel sprouts. Would not order those again.
The Cremini mushroom side dish was our favorite part of the meal. Great service and atmosphere.
The bartender was excellent. We had outstanding service even while he was taking care of the service area as well.
Went for Father’s Day. Drinks came out AFTER the salad and appetiser courses came out which was disappointing. Also received ice in my beer glass (??). Food was good.
Ordered a side of Mac and cheese minus the lobster for my 17 month old daughter. No one told me that there was jalapeño in it. She would t eat it and I did not like it at all. The steaks were good, but overpriced.

It was a great experience - I had not been to Ruth Chris in a few years and was not disappointed. Farline (sp), our server was very attentive and offered very good advice on choices. Everything from appetizers to the very delicious Blueberry Bread pudding - was pleasing to the palate.

Party of 10 with a reservation a week in advance, they called to confirm reservation 2 times . Table not ready and they sat us in the corner of the bar. 45 minutes to get our first drinks. Came by twice to take our orders and we sent them to find our drinks. Empty water glasses for 30 minutes, when I notified the manager I was handed a water bottle to fill my own glasses. Seafood towers were messed up, we ordered 2 small ones and the gave us and charged us for 2 large.Food took over an hour and they were out of or tried to talk Insu out of what they did or didn’t have. Sides were messed up and came at different times. We had to get up and go get our wine bottles to fill our glasses. And only when they saw us filling our own glasses they came to offer us another overpriced bottle. $1800 bill for a regretfully time. Not even a check in or apology from the manager in over 2 1/2 hours.

Had a birthday dinner here Saturday. Great food and our server Derek couldn’t have been better. Great appetizers, meal and delicious cheesecake and creme brûlée. A great memory and birthday.
Underwhelmed. Not a fine dining experience. No dress code so folks were in shorts, jeans etc. one filet way over cooked to well when ordered medium. Potatoes au gratin very disappointing. Overall disappointed. Would not recommend for a special occasion.

Food was great. We had the ahi tuna for our app, the chopped salad, the NY sirloin, au gratin, Brussel sprouts. We were able to split the plate and had plenty. Service was outstanding, Michael the waiter and Mike his assistant were friendly and attentive to all our needs. We found that all the Ruth’s Chris we been on are consistently great. The one in Somerville was another great experience.

Mother’s Day Staff was very accommodating we had two people join our group at the last minute they made it easy changes to a very nice table service was excellent so less delicious delicious
We went on mother's day. Luckily it was not busy but the experience was bad. They should be embarrassed. I ordered their specialty steak the 11 ounce filet, medium rare which the server confirmed to me as "warm red center". Perfect.
When it came out, I cut it and it was cold, purple, and raw inside; the edges were cooked. Flagged down server because he didn't check back and sent back. Mgr came back with it an it was 2 halves, both very well done and gray for the first 1/2 to 3/4" and still inside was purple/raw/cold.
Asked for a new steak. Said I'd wait. Waited for it a while.. my husband had finished eating already before it came; they had time to recook it, but it was the literally the same as the first one! Raw/purple/cold on inside. So, sent back a 3rd time. When it came back it was again well done for first 1/2" to 3/4" of an inch and still cold/raw/purple in the center.
Their website shows a perfectly cooked med rare filet and after 4 attempts they could seem to cook it? I told them to take it back, I was done, bring the check. They did of course take it off the bill (I didn't eat one bite of it after all) and gave me a gc for my troubles but I don't even think I'd go back to chance it again. If I did, I'd try a different location (maybe). Server ghosted us after first steak was sent back and we basically never saw him again. Manager that kept bring out the steak was nice and she apologized a lot (and even offered dessert to go, which we declined) but really this is a steakhouse and their specialty is steak. They need to retrain that chef for sure. A thick steak needs to be done a certain way so the middle gets up to med rare. I can't imagine the difficulty they would've had getting a steak to medium.
Restaurant was NOT very busy at all, we also went at an early time (3:30pm) to avoid crowds. Was not a great Mother's day dinner for sure.

Outstanding service very high food quality
The staff was attentive and pleasant and the steaks were cooked perfectly. We don’t usually have dessert but the cheesecake was so good that we’re ordering it again. Great night.
