Service was excellent. Hostess to Sever to buser was courteous, friendly and helpful. Food was very good.

We went as a group of 8 for a celebration and the service and food were delicious. Also, the little touches such as a card and decorations are thoughtful as well. Our server, Joshua, was attentive and personable, making for a terrific night all around.

The ambience is nice but not up to the level of the garden city location or the now closed Manhattan one. The service was a bit rushed . As always, the steak was excellent,

We decided to take our brother visiting from Florida for his birthday. There were 4 of us. Three ordered steak and steak with lobster and shrimp, one of our guests ordered the chicken. Our server,although nice was very side tracked by their other tables and took a very long time to take our order and bring our initial drinks or circle back to us to see how we were doing. Our guest who ordered the chicken was not pleased with her dish. When we finally got the attention of our server and told her she said she would get the manager. It literally took 30 mnts until the manager actually came to our table after tracking down our server and letting them know the manager had not come. Finally, the manager came and “apologized “ however, our guest did not want to order anything in place of the tough chicken as everyone else was finished and she didn’t want to risk not being tended to again, she is 89 and could not sit any longer. We sat for way too long, (2 hours at this point) and were not treated with class. Although the manager took off 4 drinks it really was an unpleasant experience and that was honestly not compensation for the lack of care or consideration for us. There are many steak houses around that make you feel “special “ and treat you the way you should be treated when you’re spending this kind of money. We felt terrible that this happened because it was supposed to be a celebration for our brother’s birthday and it turned into a waiting game of disaster. I guess they feel they don’t need to be accommodating to everyone they serve. If I worked there and this happened I would be embarrassed and ashamed and bend over backwards to make my customers satisfied and well taken care of. As a local teacher if asked by my colleagues about this establishment, I would say the food was good but the staff lacks professionalism and did not do right by us.

We had an overall great experience. Our server became really busy at one point, but overall - I really enjoyed the meal.
