The food quality, temperature and presentation is always great at RC. Michael is an excellent waiter, adapting his engagement to our preference. I was disappointed, after making a reservation nearly two weeks in advance, to be seated in the ancillary dining area. Missed being able to enjoy the live music.

I’ve been to several Ruth Chris and I feel their quality and over all value continues to diminish. The steaks are not what they use to be for what you are paying for. The food is good but for the cost could be wowed much better spending much less.

Server was extremely friendly just busy and took long periods of time in between coming back... but I am in food service so I Def understand I would sit in her section again.... all staff if friendly... even when my husband's steak was still pink 3 people came and apologized... impressive.. one down thing I seen the manager greet all the tables around Us but ours.

This was my first time at Ruth Chris and won't be our last. We were celebrating my 70th birthday. The steak was done to perfection and the crab cakes were delicious. At the end of the meal they brought me a plate with Happy 70th Birthday written on it with a nice little dessert, which I had to bring home because I was too full to eat it. Great experience.

One of the best places to dine in Ft Wayne. We are Ruth’s regulars, and thrilled to have a Ruth’s Chris in our home city. Just one area of concern, the quality of cocktails is off pace of similar priced restaurants in town. A high quality meal paired with subpar drink can taint the overall experience.

Our first time dinning here. 24th wedding anniversary. Absolutely fantastic!! We loved the 500 degree hot plates. Our waitress, Haley was truly exceptional. So much so we made another reservation and requested her for our party. The manager, Linda, was right in line with Haley, never coming around too much but just enough.

Came here for a birthday dinner. Server was amazing, ambiance was great. The food was good, however, I don’t think the value was there to justify the price. I knew what Ruth’s Chris was before I reserved it, but thought I’d give it a try. I can tell you that a NY Strip cooked in butter (with no additional accompaniments) from here tastes just like a $26 NY Strip from Long Horn. The major difference? You get a salad and sides from Long Horn. The $40 NY Strip at Black Canyon is amazing as well, an better seasoned with sides and a salad. If you’re looking for an upscale experience? Then this is great. If you’re looking for a great experience with great food and great value, there are other options that can deliver similar experiences but not run you $200 for two people.

Not our first time here - our least favorite visit unfortunately. Food was good but not exceptional like in prior visits. Sweet potato casserole was off. Filet was good but not melt in your mouth exceptional. We sat were we could see the back of the TV’s in the bar area - they needed a big clean. Very surprised to see this. It was the day after Valentines & not many guests had arrived but the food took longer to come out which seemed odd. We weren’t in a hurry in any way just an observation this was out of the normal on the wait. Our server was pleasant & attentive but felt a bit rushed by a comment that was made after our coffee was served. I don’t think she realized how it sounded - she could have been newer?. Unfortunately we left disappointed - our visit was not on point like prior visits.

I believe the menu is overpriced ..but it was good quality food..ive paid for the price of the steak elsewhere and also was served dide included..thats where ill continue to go...got sat right next to the men playing instruments was too loud for me...maybe not across the room..I seen people in the restaurant not dressed accordingly ..

Our server was very nice and professional. For sone reason our salads were not brought to the table in a timely fashion. The guests at the next table were seated about 15 to 20 minutes after us. They received their salads before us. When our meals arrived, the side dish of sweet potato casserole was missing. Our server in both instances resolved the issues that seemed to be a kitchen issue. The food tasted delicious.

Everything overall was very good. I did feel as though that some elements of the meal were over-priced, as if part of what I was paying for was the atmosphere rather than just the food. That is not to say, however, that the food was at all inadequate. Everything, from the entrees to the sides, was prepared to our exact specifications and well-met my expectations. Our waiter, Ben, was excellent. The service he provided was a perfect balance between comprehensive and timely as well as friendly and yet professional without being intrusive or overbearing. Huge shoutout to him for bringing his A-game. Thank you to everybody there who welcomed us and provided our phenomenal dining experience.
