    The staff emphasized multiple times the quality sourcing of the steak (some top 2% deal) but the steaks were far from being such. Both steaks were NOT tender enough to cut even with a steak knife. Effort and elbow grease was required. One third of both steaks were gristly enough that after chewing for an extended period still had to be spit out and unable to swallow. For the reputation of Ruth’s Chris, for the apparent top sourcing of meat, and especially for the price (have paid less for better), this visit was a great disappointment.

    Little overpriced for the quality, ordered medium rare fillet and was more than rare plus it was pretty chewy considering. Messed up the order twice, service was quick and nice just wish the quality for the price was better

    The kids meals were both completely cold. The restaurant did remake them, but then our kids had to watch us eat while they waited for new meals. Service was slow and not very attentive. There are similar other restaurants locally with much better service and the same prices.

    Food was perfect and delicious. Our server was wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable… we were treated so well. Pleasurable experience. Does seem diners could be spread out more until the restaurant gets busy in the evenings to give diners a little more privacy, but still a beautiful restaurant experience with impeccable food.

    I had the pork chop which was incredible, and my wife had a petite filet which she said was delicious and perfectly prepared. Both sides were also fantastic (sweet potato casserole and garlic mashed potatoes). The service was as outstanding as our meals!

    This is the first time we’ve been since the restaurant was purchased by the mega corporation Darden. We had a terrible experience when it came to the food, but the service was wonderful. I would only go back to meet the people that I would not go back for the food.

    The location and the ambiance is so perfect for a romantic date night. I went there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and it is such a worth remembering night. The service is good as well as the food that we got. Stuffed chicken and the steak is just magnificent. Chef’s kiss!
