While the service was very good and the food very good too, we had a graduate with us and after we left found that the pre fix meal was not deducted from our bill for the 7 of us. Not sure how we get that credited back to the card used to pay.

Lobster bisque was not good. Service wasn't up to par. Had plates that needed to be bussed/cleared. Staff came and went leaving them on our table, so we finally stacked everything ourselves. Sea Bass was under seasoned. Given the price point, a huge disappointment.

Everything about our anniversary dinner was wonderful! The food was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. We felt very well cared for and even received complimentary champagne to go with our dessert. This was our first visit but certainly won't be our last!

The steaks were tasty, although mine was well done when I asked for medium. The sides and apps we got we mediocre at best and the chocolate cake we got for dessert tasted like cardboard.

Great ambiance & service for my mom’s first time running at Ruth Chris for Mother’s Day. Siting was fast with a nice view with such a nice server, only downfall of the night was the wait for our food im guessing due to the specials doing on for Mother’s Day.

Food and service were great. However ambience was disappointing. Dress code says"business casual", but that leaves a lot of leeway. My wife and I were very well dressed, but two couples seated right next to us were dressed shabbily. "Money talks" and management doesn't care that clients might be offended.

All 3 of our steaks were cooked differently even though we all wanted them prepared the same. The mashed potatoes were cold and had to be sent back. Service just fair, had to fill our own champagne glasses and I didn’t have silverware, so I just grabbed from the table next to me. Very disappointing Mothers Day meal.

The filet I ordered medium came out after quite awhile incinerated. They took care of it quickly. Our server was very good. We had stuffed mushrooms that tasted like stove top stuffing. The au gratin potatoes were bland and the Brussels spiritus were rubbery. The steaks had a spicy crab cake on top that was so fishy tasting we couldn’t eat it. Our first time and probably the last. Fortunately the cocktails were excellent. That helped when it came time to pay the bill

Been to several RC steakhouses before. I didn't feel the cut of beef, buttering, and cooked to right temperature was on par with others. Still good, but not blown away for what the prices are.

It was a really nice restaurant and the food was flavorful. However the prices were astronomical. There is really no justification for even a 5 star to have prices THAT outrageous. Granted as long as people pay that price, they will remain, but it’s just really unnecessary. I personally won’t be back because of that singular reason.
